บทคัดย่อ
การกลั่นแกล้งรังแกในสถานที่ทำงานระหว่างพยาบาลเป็นพฤติกรรมก้าวร้าวที่ไม่ยอมรับในสังคมที่เกิดขึ้นได้กับพยาบาลในทุกระดับของตำแหน่งการงาน แต่ส่วนใหญ่จะเกิดกับพยาบาลใหม่ที่เพิ่งเข้ามาในองค์กร พยาบาลผู้กระทำความรุนแรงนั้นเป็นคนที่มีพฤติกรรมทางลบ ก้าวร้าวและต่อต้านสังคม การกลั่นแกล้งรังแกในสถานที่ทำงานมีทั้งรูปแบบที่เปิดเผย และไม่เปิดเผยอันส่งผลกระทบโดยตรงต่อผู้ถูกกระทำทั้งทางร่างกายและจิตใจ ต่อคุณภาพการพยาบาล และองค์กร อาจทำให้เกิดความผิดพลาดในการพยาบาลให้ผู้ป่วย องค์กรต้องสูญเสียค่าใช้จ่ายจากการลาออก ต้องรับพยาบาลใหม่และฝึกอบรมบุคลากรเพิ่มขึ้น แนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาการกลั่นแกล้งรังแกในสถานที่ทำงานได้แก่ การประกาศใช้นโยบายไม่ยอมรับการกลั่นแกล้งรังแก การโต้ตอบหรือการตอบสนองบางอย่างกลับแก่ผู้กระทำเพื่อเป็นการยับยั้งผู้กระทำ การบันทึกพฤติกรรมการกลั่นแกล้งรังแกและแจ้งแก่ผู้บริหารและฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคล และการใช้มาตรการทางกฎหมาย รวมถึงการจัดทำแผนและกลยุทธ์ป้องกันการกลั่นแกล้งรังแกในหน่วยงาน
