การติดตามผลหลักสูตรการพยาบาลเฉพาะทาง สาขาการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับการบำบัดทดแทนไต (สำหรับพยาบาลผู้เชี่ยวชาญไตเทียม) สภาการพยาบาล

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อติดตามผลหลักสูตร การพยาบาลเฉพาะทาง สาขาการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับ การบำบัดทดแทนไตสำหรับพยาบาลผู้เชี่ยวชาญไตเทียม สภาการพยาบาล ใน 4 ประเด็น คือ 1) ความสามารถใน การปฏิบัติงานตามหน้าที่ของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษา 2) ความ คิดเห็นต่อหลักสูตรการพยาบาลเฉพาะทาง 3) ความ ก้าวหน้าของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาภายหลังจากสำเร็จ การศึกษาตามหลักสูตร และ 4) ผลกระทบต่อหน่วยงาน ของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษา กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ คณะทำงาน จัดทำหลักสูตรฯ จำนวน 11 คน ผู้สำเร็จการศึกษา จำนวน 265 คน และผู้บังคับบัญชาชั้นต้นของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษา จำนวน 265 คน เครื่องมือวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามและแบบสัมภาษณ์ ตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา (Content validity) ได้ค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง(IOC) รายข้อ ตั้งแต่ 0.67 - 1.00 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยหาค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ภายหลังสำเร็จการศึกษา ผู้สำเร็จการศึกษามีความสามารถในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่เพิ่ม ขึ้นตามวัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตรฯ ทุกข้อ 2) ความคิดเห็น ต่อหลักสูตรฯ ด้านกระบวนการให้ความรู้ มีความชัดเจน ครอบคลุม ครบถ้วนตามวัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตรและมี ความทันสมัย ได้มีข้อเสนอแนะให้พัฒนาคุณภาพของ CD ROM ให้อ่านง่ายและชัดเจน ปรับปรุงรูปแบบการจัดการ เรียนรู้ให้มีการฝึกปฏิบัติและการบริหารหลักสูตรโดยกำหนดอัตราค่าลงทะเบียนศึกษาให้เหมาะสมกับภาวะเศรษฐกิจ 3) ภายหลังสำเร็จการศึกษา ในภาพรวมหลักสูตรฯ ส่ง ผลกระทบด้านบวกต่อผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาในด้านความ ก้าวหน้า และ 4) หลักสูตรฯ ส่งผลกระทบด้านบวกต่อ หน่วยงานของผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาในทุกด้าน

The follow up study of nursing specialty curriculum in renal replacement therapy nursing for kidney expert nurses Thailand Nursing and Midwifery Council.

The objective of this research was to evaluate the outcomes of a nursing specialty curriculum in renal replacement therapy for kidney expert nurses of Thailand Nursing and Midwifery Council in the following four issues: 1) the graduates’ working performance ability, 2) the graduates’ opinions concerning appropriateness of the course, 3) progress of the graduates after graduation, and 4) the impacts of the course on the graduates’ organization. The population was 11 nursing specialty curriculum makers. The sample was 265 graduates and 265 primary supervisors of the graduates. The research instruments were the questionnaires and interviews. The content validity index according to each items were 0.67 to 1.00. Frequency and percentage were used in quantitative data and content analysis for qualitative data.

The research results were as follows: 1) The graduates had ability to improve their working performance in every course objectives after their graduation. 2) In terms of their opinions concerning appropriateness of the course, the result showed that knowledge developing process which included course contents, self-learning packages and CD ROM were clear, updated, comprehensive and consistent with the course objectives. They also suggested improving the quality of the CD ROM by making it clearer and easier to read. For the course management, they suggested that practice should be included in the course, and registration fee should be appropriately set according to the current economic situation. 3) In relation to progress of the graduates after graduation, it revealed that the course positively affected to the graduates’ career advancement. 4) For the impacts of the course on the graduates’ organization, the finding showed that the course had positive impacts on their organization in all aspects.
