รูปแบบการเรียนรู้ของนักศึกษาพยาบาล

Abstract

การวิจัยแบบบรรยายนี้ มุ่งศึกษารูปแบบการเรียนรู้ ของนักศึกษาพยาบาล กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษาพยาบาล ชั้นปีที่ 1 ถึง 4 ของวิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี สระบุรี ปีการศึกษา 2553 จำนวน 210 คน เลือกโดยการสุ่มตัวอย่าง แบบแบ่งชั้นจากนักศึกษาในแต่ละชั้นปี เครื่องมือวิจัยเป็น แบบสอบถามรูปแบบการเรียนรู้ของนักศึกษา ตรวจสอบ ความตรงตามเนื้อหาและหาค่าความเที่ยงได้เท่ากับ 0.79 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่ด้วย Least Significant Difference ผลการวิจัยพบว่า นักศึกษาที่มีระดับชั้นปีต่างกัน มีรูปแบบการเรียนรู้แบบอิสระ แบบหลีกเลี่ยง แบบพึ่งพา แบบแข่งขัน และแบบมีส่วนร่วมแตกต่างกันอย่างมี นัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .05 นักศึกษาที่มีผลสัมฤทธิ์ ทางการเรียนในระดับสูงมีรูปแบบการเรียนรู้แบบหลีกเลี่ยง สูงกว่านักศึกษา ที่มีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนในระดับ ปานกลางและต่ำ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ที่ระดับ .01

Learning styles among nursing students.

This descriptive research study aimed to study learning styles among nursing students. The sample of 210 nursing students in the academic year 2010 at Boromarajonani College of Nursing, Saraburi was selected by using the proportionate stratified random sampling method. The research tool was a questionnaire on learning styles of nursing students. It was tested for the content validity and reliability. The Cronbach alpha reliability was 0.79. Data analysis included means, standard deviation, one way ANOVA and the post hoc test using Least Significant Difference.

The results showed that there were statistically significant differences in the learning styles among nursing students who were in different classes (p <.05). The nursing students who gained high academic achievement had statistically significant higher scores in the avoidant learning style than those who gained the moderate and low academic achievements (p <.01).
