ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพฤติกรรมการพัฒนาตนเองของพยาบาลวิชาชีพกับประสิทธิผลของหอผู้ป่วยโรงพยาบาลทั่วไป เขตตรวจราชการสาธารณสุขที่ 17

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรม การพัฒนาตนเองของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ประสิทธิผลของ หอผู้ป่วย และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพฤติกรรมการพัฒนา ตนเองของพยาบาลวิชาชีพกับประสิทธิผลของหอผู้ป่วย กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานใน โรงพยาบาลทั่วไป เขตตรวจราชการสาธารณสุขที่ 17 จำนวน 297 คน ได้จากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม มี 3 ส่วน ได้แก่ 1) ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล 2) พฤติกรรมการพัฒนาตนเองของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ และ 3) ประสิทธิผลของหอผู้ป่วย หาค่าความเที่ยงได้เท่ากับ 0.92 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ใช้การหาความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ ของเพียร์สัน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า พยาบาลวิชาชีพในโรงพยาบาล ทั่วไป เขตตรวจราชการสาธารณสุขที่ 17 มีพฤติกรรม การพัฒนาตนเองโดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก ประสิทธิผลของหอผู้ป่วยโดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับสูง พฤติกรรมการพัฒนาตนเองโดยรวมของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกระดับปานกลาง (r = 0.57) กับ ประสิทธิผลของหอผู้ป่วยอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ ระดับ .01

The relationship between the self development behaviors of professional nurses and effectiveness of ward at General Hospitals, the inspection of Public Health Region 17

The purposes of this research were to study self development behaviors of professional nurses, and the effectiveness of ward at general hospitals, the Inspection of Public Health Region 17, and to find the relationship between self development behavior of professional nurses and the effectiveness of ward. The sample of 297 professional nurses, were selected by the stratified random sampling technique. Research tool was the questionnaire on the demographic data, self development behaviors of professional nurses, and the effectiveness of ward. Its Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient was 0.92. Data were analyzed using the percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson's correlation.

The findings showed that professional nurses rated their self development behaviors at the high level and the effectiveness of ward at the high level. There was significantly moderate positive correlation between self development behaviors and the effectiveness of ward (r = 0.57) at p <.01.
