Abstract
เป็นรายงานผู้ป่วยชาย อายุ 17 ปี มาด้วยปัญหา ตื่นบริเวณใบหน้าซีกซ้าย และในช่องปาก ได้รับการวินิจฉัยว่า เป็นเริมบริเวณใบหน้า มีอาการรุนแรงจนสูญเสียฟันซีกบนซ้ายไป 5 ซี่ และเกิด การตายของกระดูกบริเวณรอบรากฟัน โดยไม่พบภาวะอื่นนํามาก่อน ได้ทบทวนรายงานอื่นที่เคยตีพิมพ์ มาก่อน 13 รายงาน ซึ่งมีอาการคล้ายกันเพื่อศึกษาหาสาเหตุของการสูญเสียฟันและการตายของกระดูก บริเวณรอบรากฟันดังกล่าว เนื่องจากโรคเริม
