การจัดบริการใส่ฟันปลอมเพื่อเป็นสวัสดิการและเพื่อสนองความต้องการของข้าราชการ ลูกจ้างกรุงเทพมหานครและครอบครัว

Abstract
ศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ในการจัดบริการใส่ฟันปลอมเพิ่มเติมจากบริการทันตสาธารณสุขที่มีอยู่ ทั้งนี้เพื่อสนองตอบความต้องการของข้าราชการ ลูกจ้างกรุงเทพมหานครและครอบครัว โดยเสียค่าใช้จ่าย ในการใส่ฟันปลอมถูกกว่าค่าใส่ฟันปลอมโดยทั่วไป อีกทั้งกรุงเทพมหานครไม่ต้องจัดสรรทรัพยากรบุคคล และงบประมาณเพิ่มเติมจากที่มีอยู่ การการศึกษาในเรื่องนี้ เริ่มด้วยจัดโครงการทดลองบริการใส่ฟันปลอมให้กับข้าราชการลูกจ้าง กรุงเทพมหานครและครอบครัว เป็นระยะเวลา 12 เดือน แบ่งเป็นขั้นเตรียมการ เดือน และขั้นดําเนินการ 11 เดือน จากนั้นรวบรวมผลการดําเนินการ ทําการศึกษาจากแบบสอบถามจากคนไข้ได้รับบริการใส่ ฟันปลอมไปเรียบร้อยแล้วไม่น้อยกว่า 7 วัน จํานวน 48 คน จากคนไข้ที่ได้รับบริการใส่ฟันปลอมไปทั้งหมด จํานวน 128 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 37.5 ของผู้ได้รับบริการใส่ฟันปลอมทั้งหมด แล้วจึงนํามาคํานวณหาค่า ทางสถิติ โดยหาค่าร้อยละ ผลปรากฏว่าคนไข้ที่ได้รับบริการไปแล้ว มีความต้องการต่อบริการใส่ฟันปลอม และมีความพอใจต่อบริการที่จัดให้ทั้งทางด้านความพอใจต่อผู้ให้บริการ การใช้งานของฟันปลอม ราคา ค่าบริการ และทุกคนต้องการให้มีบริการต่อไป
นอกจากนี้ยังได้ออกแบบสัมภาษณ์ผู้ให้บริการใส่ฟันปลอม สถิติรายงานการปฏิบัติงานกลุ่มงาน ทันตกรรมบริการ และบัญชีรายรับ รายจ่ายค่าทําฟันปลอม ทําให้ทราบศักยภาพในการให้บริการของ หน่วยงานที่สามารถให้บริการใส่ฟันปลอมเพิ่มเติม จากบริการทันตสาธารณสุขปกติ โดยหน่วยงานไม่ ต้องจัดบุคลากรหรืองบประมาณเพิ่มเติมแต่อย่างใด
