บทคัดย่อ

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาต้นทุนทางตรงรวมรายบริการของโรงพยาบาลท่าตูมเปรียบเทียบกับอัตราค่าบริการทันตกรรมของกรมบัญชีกลาง พ.ศ. 2559 โดยใช้ข้อมูลทุติยภูมิจาก 3 แหล่ง ได้แก่ โปรแกรม Hos XP  ฎีกาการเบิกจ่ายเงินเดือนค่าตอบแทนและสวัสดิการ และทะเบียนพัสดุ  ต้นทุนทางตรงรวมเป็นการรวมต้นทุนค่าแรง ค่าวัสดุ และค่าลงทุนครุภัณฑ์ทันตกรรมและอาคาร  กระจายค่าแรงตามเวลาที่ใช้ในแต่ละกิจกรรม  กระจายค่าวัสดุสิ้นเปลืองตามปริมาณที่ใช้ในแต่ละกิจกรรม  วัสดุประเภทเครื่องมือซึ่งใช้งานได้หลายปีคิดเป็นมูลค่าต่อเวลาใช้งาน และรวมค่าแลปทันตกรรมในภายหลัง    ค่าเสื่อมราคาครุภัณฑ์กระจายตามอายุการใช้งานและจำนวนครั้งบริการขณะที่คิดค่าเสื่อมพื้นที่คลินิกทันตกรรมตามอายุการใช้งานอาคาร       บริการส่วนใหญ่มีต้นทุนต่อหน่วยสูงกว่าเมื่อ พ.ศ. 2557 แต่ต่ำกว่าอัตราค่าบริการที่กรมบัญชีกลางกำหนด    ยกเว้นการอุดฟันด้วยอมัลกัม 4 ด้าน  การใส่ฟันเทียมถอดได้ฐานอะคริลิกมากกว่า 5 ซี่   ครอบฟันน้ำนม  การผ่าตัดฟันคุดเหตุเนื้อเยื่ออ่อน  และการตกแต่งกระดูกเพื่อใส่ฟัน
