การปฏิบัติงานชดใช้ทุนในมุมมองบัณฑิตทันตแพทย์ ปีการศึกษา 2558

บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษานี้ต้องการทราบความคิดเห็นของบัณฑิตทันตแพทย์ต่อการปฏิบัติงานชดใช้ทุนโดยใช้ข้อมูลทุติยภูมิของสำนักงานวิจัยและพัฒนากำลังคนด้านสุขภาพ สำนักงานพัฒนานโยบายสุขภาพระหว่างประเทศ และสถาบัน พระบรมราชชนก ซึ่งสำรวจในบัณฑิตทันตแพทย์ที่มารับการปฐมนิเทศและเลือกสถานที่ทำงานในสังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข วันที่ 12–13 พฤษภาคม พ.ศ. 2559 จำนวน 523 คน โดยให้บัณฑิตอ่านแบบสอบถามแล้วเขียนตอบด้วยตนเอง และมีอัตราตอบกลับร้อยละ 94.1 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา
บัณฑิตส่วนใหญ่เลือกสถานที่ปฏิบัติงานที่ไม่ไกลจากภูมิลำเนามากนัก รองลงมาเป็นแหล่งที่เอื้อต่อการได้ความรู้และประสบการณ์จากการทำงาน คาดหวังรายได้ต่อเดือน 50,000–100,000 บาท มีทัศนคติเชิงบวกต่อการทำงานในชนบทและโรงพยาบาลชุมชน มั่นใจในความรู้ความสามารถและทักษะทางวิชาชีพในระดับมากและมากที่สุด ด้านจริยธรรมและพฤติกรรมในการทำงานที่เห็นว่าเป็นปัญหามากและมากที่สุดในสัดส่วนสูงที่สุดคือ การทำงานในคลินิกเอกชนในเวลาราชการ (ร้อยละ 97.8) และการนัดผู้ป่วยที่เบิกค่ารักษาพยาบาลได้มารับบริการคลินิกนอกเวลาราชการของโรงพยาบาล ไม่เป็นปัญหาในสัดส่วนมากที่สุด (ร้อยละ 7.3) บัณฑิตส่วนใหญ่ได้ทำงานในโรงพยาบาลชุมชนซึ่งหากไม่ต้องชดใช้ทุนก็จะเลือกทำงานในโรงพยาบาลชุมชนเช่นกัน สอดคล้องกับความพึงพอใจต่อสถานที่ที่ได้รับจัดสรรและตั้งใจชดใช้ทุนครบ 3 ปี ในกลุ่มมีแผนศึกษาต่อ ร้อยละ 51.4 จะลาศึกษาต่อโดยยังคงรับราชการ ส่วนกลุ่มที่ตั้งใจลาออกก่อนที่จะชดใช้ทุนครบตามกำหนดก็ต้องการศึกษาต่อเช่นกัน ในสัดส่วนสูงที่สุด
