บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการบริการจัดฟันแฟชั่นในมุมมองของนักเรียนโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาแห่งหนึ่งในภาคเหนือ เก็บข้อมูลในนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นที่มีประสบการณ์ใช้บริการจำนวน 7 คนในประเด็นหลักประเภทบริการ การบริการ และการใช้บริการ ด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก สังเกต และสนทนากลุ่ม ระหว่างตุลาคม 2559 ถึงกุมภาพันธ์ 2560 พบว่า การจัดฟันแฟชั่นมี 2 แบบคือ แบบติดกับฟันซึ่งแบ่งได้อีก 4 ชนิดคือ โอริ่ง เชน ท่อสี และลวด ส่วนแบบถอดได้แบ่งได้ 2 ชนิดคือ มีและไม่มีเหงือกซึ่งหมายถึงส่วนที่เป็นอะคริลิก สีชมพู ผู้ให้บริการคือ เพื่อนนักเรียนและหญิงสาวที่มีร้านใกล้โรงเรียน ตามการรับรู้ของนักเรียน ผู้ให้บริการทั้งสองมีวิธีการติดเครื่องมือเหมือนกันแต่ต่างกันที่ประสบการณ์ ราคา และการส่งเสริมการตลาด นักเรียนใช้เกณฑ์เลือกใช้บริการดังนี้ ผู้ให้บริการเป็นกันเอง มีความสามารถเป็นที่ยอมรับ และมีเครื่องมืออุปกรณ์พร้อมตอบสนองความต้องการ บริการมีพอเพียง เดินทางไปสถานที่บริการสะดวก สามารถนัดหมายวันเวลาได้ตามสะดวก และสามารถจ่ายได้เพราะราคาถูกกว่าการจัดฟันโดยทันตแพทย์
