บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการใช้บริการสุขภาพช่องปากในเด็กไทยอายุ 5-14 ปี โดยใช้ข้อมูล ทุติยภูมิจากการสำรวจอนามัยและสวัสดิการของสำนักงานสถิติแห่งชาติ พ.ศ. 2556 และ 2558 จำนวน 9,858 และ 18,512 ชุด มีข้อมูลผ่านการตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง 9,831 และ 18,467 ชุด ตามลำดับ ถ่วงน้ำหนักให้ได้ค่าประมาณการเป็นตัวแทนประชากร และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา พบว่า อัตราการใช้บริการสุขภาพช่องปาก ในภาพรวมลดลงแต่ความถี่ยังคงที่ แม้ว่าเด็กสิทธิข้าราชการยังมีอัตราและความถี่ในการใช้บริการมากกว่าเด็กสิทธิหลักประกันสุขภาพถ้วนหน้าแต่ความแตกต่างลดลง ชนิดบริการที่เด็กสิทธิหลักประกันสุขภาพถ้วนหน้าใช้ครั้งสุดท้ายเป็นอันดับแรกยังคงเป็นถอนฟัน ขณะที่สิทธิข้าราชการเป็นการอุดฟัน ด้านแหล่งบริการหลักเมื่อไม่รวมการตรวจฟันของทั้งสองสิทธิยังคงเป็นภาครัฐและอันดับหนึ่งคือโรงพยาบาลชุมชน สาเหตุหลักที่ไม่ได้ใช้สิทธิสวัสดิการที่มีในการใช้บริการครั้งสุดท้ายของทั้งสองสิทธิคือ ช้า รอนาน สำหรับเด็กที่ไม่ได้ใช้บริการทั้งที่มีปัญหาสุขภาพช่องปากเพราะคิวยาว รอนาน
