ประเมินผลการส่งเสริมสุขภาพช่องปากและป้องกันโรคฟันผุในคลินิกเด็กดี อำเภอเอราวัณ จังหวัดเลย ปี 2553-2556

บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินผลการส่งเสริมสุขภาพช่องปากและป้องกันโรคฟันผุในคลินิกเด็กดีอำเภอเอราวัณ จังหวัดเลย โดยศึกษาในเด็กอายุ 9 – 12 เดือน จำนวน 147 คน ที่มารับบริการที่คลินิกเด็กดีในสถานบริการ 9 แห่งของอำเภอเอราวัณ จังหวัดเลย ในระหว่างปี 2553 – 2556 โดยเด็กได้รับการตรวจสุขภาพช่องปาก ให้ความรู้และคำแนะนำแก่ผู้ปกครองในการดูแลสุขภาพช่องปาก ฝึกผู้ปกครองแปรงฟันให้เด็ก และทาฟลูออไรด์วาร์นิชทุกครั้งที่มารับบริการ ในช่วงอายุ 9 – 12 , 18 , 24 และ 30 เดือน สัมภาษณ์ผู้ปกครองเกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพช่องปากเด็กเมื่อเริ่มต้นและสิ้นสุดการศึกษา การวิเคราะห์ผลทางสถิติประกอบด้วยการวิเคราะห์เชิงพรรณนาและ ไค-สแควร์ (Chi-square) ผลการศึกษาพบว่าพฤติกรรมของผู้ปกครองในการดูแลสุขภาพช่องปากเด็กเมื่อเริ่มต้นและสิ้นสุดการศึกษามีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ เมื่อเริ่มต้นโครงการ เด็กไม่มีฟันผุในระดับที่เป็นรูผุชัดเจน ในช่วงอายุ 18 , 24 , 30 และ 36 เดือน เด็กมีฟันผุร้อยละ 6.8 , 16.3 , 47.6 และ 52.4 มีค่าเฉลี่ยฟันผุเป็น0.18 , 0.70 , 2.81 และ 5.68 ด้าน/คน และ 0.14 , 0.48 , 2.05 และ 3.62 ซี่/คน ตามลำดับ
