บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการยึดติดของวัสดุเคลือบหลุมร่องฟันและสภาวะฟันผุของฟันกรามแท้ซี่แรกที่ได้รับการเคลือบหลุมร่องฟันในนักเรียนประถมศึกษา จังหวัดน่าน ทำการศึกษาจากฐานข้อมูลโปรแกรมยิ้มสดใสเด็กไทยฟันดี โดยใช้ข้อมูลการเคลือบหลุมร่องฟันนักเรียนประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2550 ข้อมูลการตรวจสุขภาพช่องปากนักเรียนประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3 ปีการศึกษา 2552 และข้อมูลการตรวจสุขภาพช่องปากนักเรียนประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ปีการศึกษา 2555 ผลการศึกษาพบว่าอัตราการยึดติดของวัสดุเคลือบหลุมร่องฟันในนักเรียนประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3 และ 6 มีค่าร้อยละ 53.1 และ 20.8 ตามลำดับ สำหรับการเกิดฟันผุในฟันกรามแท้ซี่แรกของนักเรียนประถมศึกษาปีที่ 3 และ6 พบว่าฟันที่เคลือบหลุมร่องฟันมีค่าเฉลี่ยฟันผุ ถอน อุด 0.30+ 0.71และ 0.61+ 0.91ซี่ต่อคน ตามลำดับ
