บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาเปรียบเทียบอัตราการยึดติดของสารเคลือบหลุมฟันในระยะเวลา 6,12 และ 36 เดือน ในสภาวะแวดล้อมที่แตกต่างกันคือ คลินิกทันตกรรมของศูนย์บริการสาธารณสุข 43 มีนบุรีและหน่วยทันตกรรมเคลื่อนที่ในโรงเรียนเขตมีนบุรี กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยออกแบบให้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 1 คนได้รับการ เคลือบหลุมร่องฟันในสภาวะแวดล้อมทั้งสองกรณี จำนวนกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 212 คน จำนวนฟัน 848 ซี่ ผลการศึกษาพบว่าอัตราการยึดติดสมบูรณ์ของสารเคลือบหลุมร่องฟันที่ระยะเวลา 6, 12 และ 36 เดือนของหน่วยทันตกรรมเคลื่อนที่ในโรงเรียนคิดเป็นร้อยละ 76.2, 62.7 และ 35.9 ส่วนอัตราการยึดติดสมบูรณ์ของการให้บริการในคลินิกทันตกรรม ศูนย์บริการสาธารณสุข 43 คิดเป็นร้อยละ 61.8, 42.5 และ 24.6 ตามลำดับ สิ่งแวดล้อมในการทำงานที่แตกต่างกันจึงมีผลต่ออัตราการยึดติดของการเคลือบหลุมร่องฟันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ โดยการทำในหน่วยทันตกรรมเคลื่อนที่ในโรงเรียน มีอัตราการยึดติดสมบูรณ์สูงกว่าการทำในคลินิกทันตกรรม จึงสามารถสรุปได้ว่าการทำงานในหน่วยทันตกรรมการเคลื่อนที่ เมื่อมีเครื่องมืออุปกรณ์ที่ดี และบุคคลากรที่เพียงพอจะสามารถทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลที่ดีกว่าการให้บริการที่คลินิกทันตกรรม
