ประสิทธิผลของงานเคลือหลุมร่องฟันในโครงการยิ้มสดใสเด็กไทยฟันดี จังหวัดเชียงราย

บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบอัตราการเกิดโรคฟันผุและค่าเฉลี่ยฟันผุ ถอน อุด ของ ฟันถาวรในเด็กนักเรียนภายหลังได้รับการเคลือบหลุมร่องฟันไป 2 ปี ประชากรที่ศึกษาเป็นนักเรียนชั้น ประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 จํานวน 1,040 คน อายุ 6-8 ปี แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มศึกษาและกลุ่มควบคุม กลุ่มละ 520 คน กลุ่มศึกษาได้รับการเคลือบหลุมร่องฟันที่ฟันกรามถาวรชี้ที่1 และได้รับการดูแลให้แปรงฟันทุกวันหลังอาหารกลางวัน ด้วยยาสีฟันผสมฟลูออไรด์ กลุ่มควบคุมได้รับการดูแลให้แปรงฟันเพียงอย่างเดียว เมื่อครบระยะเวลา 24 เดือน ทําการตรวจบันทึกสภาวะฟันของทั้งสองกลุ่ม วิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยฟันผุ ถอน อุด (DMFT) และอัตราการเกิดโรคฟันผุ ใช้สถิติที่เทส (T-test) ที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่นร้อยละ 95 ผลการศึกษา พบว่า กลุ่มศึกษาและกลุ่มควบคุมมีค่าเฉลี่ยฟันผุ ถอน อุด ของฟันกรามถาวรซี่ที่1 คิดเป็น 0.6 + 0.92 และ 0.65 + 0.99 ซี่/คน ตามลําดับ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติ (p < 0.05) ส่วนอัตราการเกิดโรคฟันผุ พบร้อยละ 32.61 และ 31.82 ตามลําดับ ไม่มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสําคัญ (p > 0.05)
