บทคัดย่อ
ระบบบริการสุขภาพช่องปากมีเป้าหมาย ให้บริการแก่ผู้จําเป็นต้องได้รับบริการ แต่ด้วยลักษณะ พิเศษของบริการเองที่ต่างจากสินค้าและบริการทั่วๆไป ทําให้มีปัญหาการเข้าถึงบริการ บทความนี้นํา เสนอแบบจําลองการใช้บริการสุขภาพช่องปากตามแนวคิดสังคมวิทยาโดยประยุกต์จากทฤษฎีแลกเปลี่ยน และมาร์กซิส
