บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาคุณภาพข้อมูลแฟ้มทันตสุขภาพ (DENTAL file) ตามโครงสร้างมาตรฐานข้อมูลด้านการแพทย์และสุขภาพ 50 แฟ้มของกระทรวงสาธารณสุขนี้เป็นการเปรียบเทียบความแม่นยำ ความสมบูรณ์ ความตรง และความสอดคล้อง ของผลการตรวจฟันและเหงือกของผู้รับบริการและความจำเป็นในการส่งเสริมป้องกันและรักษาซึ่งบันทึกข้อมูลระหว่าง 1 ตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2556 ถึง 31 มีนาคม พ.ศ. 2557 จำนวน 2,022,977 รายการ และระหว่าง 1 ตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2559 ถึง 31 มีนาคม พ.ศ. 2560 จำนวน 11,190,659 รายการ พบว่า ในปีงบประมาณ 2560 ข้อมูลถูกบันทึกในวันที่ให้บริการเพิ่มขึ้นจากปี 2557 แต่ไม่ถึงร้อยละ 80 และมีความแม่นยำ ความสมบูรณ์ และความตรง เพิ่มขึ้นด้วย ข้อมูลทุกรายการมีความแม่นยำมากกว่าร้อยละ 90 และมีความสมบูรณ์มากกว่าร้อยละ 90 ในเกือบทุกรายการ ยกเว้นประเภทของฟันเทียม ด้านความตรง ข้อมูลเกือบทุกรายการมีความตรงมากกว่าร้อยละ 90 ยกเว้นจำนวนฟันที่มีในทุกกลุ่มวัยและประเภทของฟันเทียมในกลุ่มผู้สูงอายุ ด้านความสอดคล้อง ข้อมูลทุกรายการในกลุ่มเด็กวัยเรียน ผู้สูงอายุ และเด็กก่อนวัยเรียน มีความสอดคล้องน้อยกว่าร้อยละ 80 โดยสภาวะทันตสุขภาพกับแผนการบริการมีความสอดคล้องน้อยที่สุดในทุกกลุ่ม ข้อมูลกลุ่มเด็กวัยเรียนมีความตรงและความสอดคล้องต่ำกว่ากลุ่มวัยอื่นและต่ำกว่าเกณฑ์มาตรฐานทั้งที่เป็นข้อมูลรายงานตัวชี้วัดตามระบบตรวจราชการ จึงควรปรับปรุงนิยามของข้อมูลแต่ละรายการให้มีความชัดเจนขึ้นและชี้แจงเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้เกี่ยวข้องอย่างต่อเนื่องให้เข้าใจและพัฒนาทักษะการบันทึกข้อมูล
