บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเชิงวิเคราะห์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของการส่งเสริมสุขภาพช่องปากในโรงเรียนต่อความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพเรื่องโรคฟันผุ สภาวะสุขภาพฟัน และคุณภาพชีวิตที่สัมพันธ์กับโรคฟันผุของเด็กอายุ 12 ปี จำนวน 574 คนในโรงเรียนอำเภอคลองลาน จังหวัดกำแพงเพชร แบ่งเด็กเป็น 4 กลุ่มตามกิจกรรมการส่งเสริมสุขภาพช่องปากในโรงเรียนได้แก่ แปรงฟันสม่ำเสมอและควบคุมอาหารเสี่ยงต่อโรคฟันผุ แปรงฟันอย่างสม่ำเสมอ ควบคุมอาหารเสี่ยงต่อโรคฟันผุ และไม่มีกิจกรรม เก็บข้อมูลระหว่างเดือนพฤศจิกายนถึงธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2562 ด้วยแบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไปและพฤติกรรมทันตสุขภาพ แบบสอบถามความรอบรู้สุขภาพช่องปากด้านโรคฟันผุ แบบสำรวจสภาวะทันตสุขภาพ และแบบประเมินผลกระทบของสุขภาพช่องปากต่อสมรรถภาพในชีวิตประจำวันสำหรับเด็กภายใน 3 เดือนที่ผ่านมา วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา เปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยความรอบรู้ ฟันผุถอนอุด และผลกระทบคุณภาพชีวิตระหว่างเด็ก 4 กลุ่ม ด้วยการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยรายคู่ด้วยการทดสอบทัมฮาเนที 2 กำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05
ในภาพรวมเด็กมีความรอบรู้เรื่องโรคฟันผุในระดับปานกลาง ค่าเฉลี่ยฟันผุถอนอุด 0.75 ซี่ต่อคน ร้อยละ 46.9 ได้รับผลกระทบต่อคุณภาพชีวิตและมีค่าเฉลี่ยของคะแนนผลกระทบเท่ากับ 2.22 เด็กกลุ่ม 1 มีค่าเฉลี่ยของคะแนนความรอบรู้สูงสุด (73.0) และสูงกว่าเด็กกลุ่มอื่นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ เด็กกลุ่ม 1 ยังมีค่าเฉลี่ยฟันผุถอนอุด (0.50 ซี่/คน) และผลกระทบต่อคุณภาพชีวิตที่สัมพันธ์กับโรคฟันผุ (1.37) ต่ำกว่าเด็กกลุ่ม 4 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญ และเด็กกลุ่ม 4 มีปัญหาในการรับประทานอาหารและการควบคุมอารมณ์ให้ปกติสูงที่สุด จึงควรจัดกิจกรรมแปรงฟันหลังอาหารกลางวันอย่างสม่ำเสมอและควบคุมอาหารที่เสี่ยงต่อการเกิดโรคฟันผุในโรงเรียนควบคู่กันไปอย่างต่อเนื่อง
