อุบัติการณ์ปากแหว่งและหรือเพดานโหว่ในเด็กเกิดมีชีพจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ระหว่าง พ.ศ. 2558-2562

บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาเชิงพรรณนานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อรายงานอุบัติการณ์การเกิดภาวะปากแหว่งและหรือเพดานโหว่ของจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ จากข้อมูลเด็กเกิดมีชีพในสถานพยาบาลจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ซึ่งจัดเก็บในคลังข้อมูลสุขภาพกระทรวงสาธารณสุขและโปรแกรมไทยเคลฟลิงก์ (Thai Cleft Link) พ.ศ. 2558-2562 พบว่า อุบัติการณ์ภาวะปากแหว่งและหรือเพดานโหว่ในเด็กไทยและเด็กต่างด้าวที่เกิดในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่เท่ากับ 2.2 และ 1.7 คนต่อเด็กเกิดมีชีพ 1,000 คน ตามลำดับ ในเด็กไทยพบภาวะปากแหว่งร่วมกับเพดานโหว่มากที่สุด รองลงมาเป็นเพดานโหว่อย่างเดียว และปากแหว่งอย่างเดียว ร้อยละ 49.0, 27.2 และ 23.8 ตามลำดับ ขณะที่ในเด็กต่างด้าวพบภาวะปากแหว่งอย่างเดียวมากที่สุด รองลงมาเป็นปากแหว่งร่วมกับเพดานโหว่ และเพดานโหว่อย่างเดียว ร้อยละ 44.4, 38.9 และ 16.7 ตามลำดับ ในเด็กไทยพบภาวะปากแหว่งร่วมกับเพดานโหว่และปากแหว่งอย่างเดียวในเพศชายมากกว่าหญิง 1.4 และ 3.3 เท่าตามลำดับ ส่วนภาวะเพดานโหว่อย่างเดียวพบในเพศหญิงมากกว่าชาย 1.3 เท่า ขณะที่ในเด็กต่างด้าวพบภาวะปากแหว่งร่วมกับเพดานโหว่และภาวะเพดานโหว่อย่างเดียวในเพศชายมากกว่าหญิง 2.5 และ 2.0 เท่าตามลำดับ ส่วนภาวะปากแหว่งอย่างเดียวพบในเพศหญิงมากกว่าชาย 1.7 เท่า เด็กปากแหว่งและหรือเพดานโหว่ ร้อยละ 85.1 มีสิทธิหลักประกันสุขภาพถ้วนหน้า สิทธิข้าราชการร้อยละ 3.7 และร้อยละ 11.2 เป็นเด็กต่างด้าวซึ่งไม่มีสิทธิประโยชน์ใด ๆ
