ความผูกพันในงานและปัจจัยเกี่ยวข้องในทันตแพทย์โรงพยาบาลสังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุขในภาคใต้ของประเทศไทย

บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาเชิงวิเคราะห์แบบตัดขวางนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความผูกพันในงานและปัจจัยเกี่ยวข้องของทันตแพทย์โรงพยาบาลสังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุขในภาคใต้ประเทศไทยจำนวน 760 คน ดำเนินการระหว่างเดือนมีนาคมถึงธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2563 โดยใช้แบบสอบถามออนไลน์ซึ่งประกอบด้วย 3 ส่วน ได้แก่ ข้อมูลทั่วไป ข้อมูลด้านการทำงาน และแบบวัดความผูกพันในงานของยูเทรคซ์ (Utrecht Work Engagement Scale-9) วิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความผูกพันในงานกับปัจจัยเกี่ยวข้องด้วยสมการถดถอยลอจิสติกเชิงอันดับ (ordinal logistic regression) กำหนดค่านัยสำคัญทางสถิติน้อยกว่า 0.05 อัตราตอบกลับเท่ากับร้อยละ 55.7 มีความผูกพันในงานระดับปานกลาง สูง และต่ำ ร้อยละ 65.0 25.8 และ 9.2 ตามลำดับ (คะแนนเฉลี่ยระดับปานกลาง 3.99±1.011 จากคะแนนเต็ม 6 คะแนน) ปัจจัยสัมพันธ์กับความผูกพันในงาน ได้แก่ คุณภาพวัสดุอุปกรณ์และเครื่องมือในการทำงาน (adjusted OR=1.76, 95% CI=1.13-2.75) จำนวนผู้ป่วยต่อสัปดาห์ (adjusted OR=1.75, 95% CI=1.16-2.66) เพศ (adjusted OR=1.58, 95% CI=1.00-2.49) และอายุ (adjusted OR=1.04, 95% CI=1.00-1.07)
