ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพช่องปากกับพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพช่องปากเด็กก่อนวัยเรียนของผู้ปกครอง อำเภอเมืองนครสวรรค์ จังหวัดนครสวรรค์

บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาภาคตัดขวางนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพช่องปากกับพฤติกรรม การดูแลสุขภาพช่องปากเด็กก่อนวัยเรียนของผู้ปกครอง ในอำเภอเมืองนครสวรรค์ จังหวัดนครสวรรค์ เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถาม จำนวน 393 คน ดำเนินการระหว่างเดือนมกราคม พ.ศ. 2564 ถึงเดือนมีนาคม พ.ศ. 2564 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุ กำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 0.05 ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ปกครองส่วนใหญ่มีความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพช่องปากและพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพช่องปากของเด็กก่อนวัยเรียน ในระดับพอใช้ ร้อยละ 76.3 และ 84.2 ตามลำดับ ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพช่องปากของเด็กก่อนวัยเรียนประกอบด้วย ผู้ปกครองที่มีการศึกษาระดับในระดับปริญญาตรี (Beta = 0.121) การพาเด็กเข้ารับบริการตรวจฟัน (Beta = 0.167) และเคลือบฟลูออไรด์ (Beta = 0.122) ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพช่องปากในเด็ก ก่อนวัยเรียนของผู้ปกครองทั้ง 3 มิติ ได้แก่ การจัดการตนเอง (Beta = 0.257) การเข้าถึงข้อมูลสุขภาพและบริการสุขภาพ (Beta = 0.179) และการตัดสินใจเลือกปฏิบัติที่ถูกต้อง (Beta = 0.184) ตัวแปรดังกล่าวสามารถร่วมกันอธิบายความผันแปรของพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพช่องปากเด็กก่อนวัยเรียน ได้ร้อยละ 31.6 (Adjusted R2 = 0.305) ดังนั้นการส่งเสริมให้ผู้ปกครองสามารถจัดการตนเองในการดูแลสุขภาพช่องปากเด็กได้ อาจช่วยให้ผู้ปกครองสามารถตัดสินใจเลือกปฏิบัติที่ถูกต้อง โดยเน้นให้ข้อมูลสุขภาพและบริการสุขภาพช่องปากที่เข้าใจง่ายกับผู้ปกครองที่มีการศึกษาต่ำกว่าระดับปริญญาตรี เพื่อให้เด็กมีสุขภาพช่องปากที่ดี
