ผลการจัดกระบวนการเรียนรู้เพื่อสร้างเสริมความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพช่องปากในผู้ปกครองเด็กปฐมวัย ศูนย์อนามัยที่ 1 เชียงใหม่

บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาแบบกึ่งทดลอง (quasi-experimental study) นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ศึกษาประสิทธิผลของกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้เพื่อสร้างเสริมความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพช่องปากในผู้ปกครองเด็กปฐมวัย กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้แก่ ผู้ปกครองของเด็กปฐมวัยอายุ 1-5 ปี ที่พาเด็กมารับบริการที่โรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพศูนย์อนามัยที่ 1 เชียงใหม่ จำนวน 60 คน ทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบง่ายโดยการจับสลากเข้ากลุ่ม จำแนกเป็นกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม กลุ่มละ 30 คน กลุ่มทดลองเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมในกระบวนการเรียนรู้ 6 กิจกรรมในระยะเวลา 5 สัปดาห์ ส่วนกลุ่มควบคุมได้รับบริการตามขั้นตอนปกติ วัดผลก่อนและหลังด้วยแบบทดสอบวัดความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพช่องปากในผู้ดูแลเด็กอายุ 2-5 ปี วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสถิติเชิงอนุมาน ด้วยการทดสอบทีในข้อมูลของกลุ่มเดียวกัน (paired t-test) และในข้อมูล 2 กลุ่มที่เป็นอิสระต่อกัน (independent t-test) ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ 0.05 ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มผู้ปกครองที่เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมในกระบวนการเรียนรู้มีค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนรวมความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพช่องปากสูงกว่ากลุ่มผู้ปกครองที่ได้รับบริการตามขั้นตอนปกติอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p=0.016)
