บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินผลโครงการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพช่องปากนักเรียน เครือข่ายโรงเรียนเด็กไทยฟันดีเทศบาลเมืองศรีสะเกษ จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ ปี พ.ศ. 2554-2564 ใน 4 ด้าน คือ บริบท ปัจจัยนำเข้า กระบวนการดำเนินงาน และผลผลิต ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก 99 คน เป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูอนามัยโรงเรียน ครูประจำชั้นและครูอื่น ๆ ในเครือข่าย บุคลากรด้านสาธารณสุข และ บุคลากรสังกัดเทศบาล โดยรวบรวมข้อมูลปฐมภูมิด้วยแบบสอบถามแบบเขียนตอบเอง และข้อมูลทุติยภูมิด้วยการศึกษาเอกสาร วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการศึกษาพบว่า คะแนนการประเมินภาพรวมทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับดี 1) ด้านบริบท คะแนนเฉลี่ย 4.15 (SD=0.819) มีความสอดคล้องระหว่างหลักการของโครงการกับนโยบายสาธารณสุขและนโยบายการศึกษา แผนงานและนโยบายตรงกับสภาพปัญหาและความต้องการของโรงเรียน มีความเหมาะสมของวัตถุประสงค์และกลยุทธ์ของโครงการ 2) ด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า คะแนนเฉลี่ย 4.07 (SD=0.759) ความเหมาะสมเพียงพอในด้านวัสดุอุปกรณ์ งบประมาณ ความรู้ของบุคลากร ประสบการณ์การทำงาน จำนวนทีมงาน ศักยภาพของทีมงานเพียงพอดำเนินโครงการ 3) ด้านกระบวนการ คะแนนเฉลี่ย 4.10 (SD=0.729) เครือข่ายมีแผนการดำเนินงานชัดเจน มีส่วนร่วมบริหารจัดการ และมีการนิเทศติดตามงาน 4) ด้านผลผลิต คะแนนเฉลี่ย 4.11 (SD=0.737) นักเรียนได้รับความรู้ในการดูแลสุขภาพช่องปาก มีการแปรงฟันหลังอาหารกลางวันที่โรงเรียนอย่างสม่ำเสมอ ความชุกโรคฟันผุของนักเรียนในเครือข่ายลดลง ที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่นร้อยละ 95 ผลการประเมินจำแนกตามเพศ อายุ และประสบการณ์การทำงานของผู้ให้ข้อมูล พบว่าไม่มีความแตกต่างกัน เมื่อจำแนกตามอาชีพพบว่ามีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญในด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า และกระบวนการ (p<0.05)
