การเปลี่ยนผ่านสู่สภาวะใหม่ของประสบการณ์การใส่ฟันเทียมทั้งปาก

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการเปลี่ยนผ่านสู่สภาวะใหม่ของประสบการณ์การใส่ฟันเทียมทั้งปากผ่านมุมมองของผู้ใส่ฟันเทียมทั้งปาก โดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้ที่มีประสบการณ์การใส่ฟันเทียมทั้งปากครั้งแรกและสามารถใช้งานฟันเทียมทั้งปากในการดำเนินชีวิตประจำวันได้ตามปกติ จำนวน 11 คน ระยะเวลาการเก็บข้อมูล 1 ตุลาคม 2564 ถึง 31 พฤษภาคม 2565 ข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์ถูกเรียบเรียงในเชิงพรรณนา ใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาแบบอุปนัย นำข้อมูลมาจัดหมวดหมู่เป็นประเด็นต่าง ๆ ตามเนื้อหา สรุปเพื่อตีความและหาความหมายในทัศนะของผู้วิจัย อธิบายข้อมูลตามกรอบแนวคิดของการศึกษาที่อ้างอิงทฤษฎีการเปลี่ยนผ่าน ผลการศึกษาพบว่าผู้ใช้ฟันเทียม ทั้งปากผ่านกระบวนการเปลี่ยนผ่าน การสร้างความรู้สึกเชื่อมโยงฟันเทียมให้เข้ากับบริบทการใช้ชีวิตประจำวัน เรียนรู้ใช้งานฟันเทียมด้วยอาหารในวิถีชีวิตของตน และใส่ฟันเทียมเป็นประจำตลอดวันให้เหมือนฟันธรรมชาติ การมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ในเชิงบวกต่อฟันเทียมและความมุ่งมั่นในการใช้ฟันเทียมอย่างต่อเนื่อง เมื่อมีปัญหาการใช้งานฟันเทียมเข้ารับคำแนะนำจากทันตแพทย์ รับฟังข้อเสนอแนะจากผู้มีประสบการณ์การใส่ฟันเทียมในชุมชน การพัฒนาความเชื่อมั่น เมื่อผู้ใส่ฟันเทียมเข้าใจธรรมชาติของฟันเทียมทั้งปาก จะมีรูปแบบการใช้งานที่เหมาะสมกับตนเอง จนสามารถใช้งานฟันเทียมได้อย่างมีทักษะและความชำนาญ กระทั่งฟันเทียมทั้งปากกลายเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในชีวิต ดังนั้น ทันตแพทย์ควรให้ความสำคัญกับการติดตามให้คำแนะนำภายหลังการใส่ฟันเทียม เพื่อให้เกิดการใช้งานที่ต่อเนื่องและสร้างเสริมกำลังใจแก่ผู้ใส่ฟันเทียมให้สามารถก้าวข้ามความรู้สึกยากลำบากในช่วงของการปรับตัว อธิบายกระบวนการเปลี่ยนผ่าน แนวโน้มการปรับตัวเชิงบวกในรายบุคคลและแบ่งปันข้อมูลประสบการณ์จากการใส่ฟันเทียมของบุคคลอื่น ๆ
