การวิเคราะห์บทบาทของโรงเรียนต่อสุขภาพช่องปากเด็กวัยเรียนในโรงเรียนที่มีทั้งเด็กไทยและ ต่างด้าวตามแนวคิดเชิงนิเวศวิทยา: การวิจัยแบบผสมผสานในโรงเรียนบ้านห้วยส้ม จังหวัดเชียงใหม่

บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อทำความเข้าใจบทบาทของโรงเรียนต่อสุขภาพช่องปากของเด็กวัยเรียนตามแนวคิดเชิงนิเวศวิทยา โดยเป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสานในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาบ้านห้วยส้ม อำเภอสันป่าตอง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ปีการศึกษา 2565 ซึ่งมีสัดส่วนนักเรียนไทยต่อต่างด้าว 1.8:1 คน เก็บข้อมูลพฤติกรรมด้านสุขภาพช่องปากของเด็กนักเรียนและการจัดการด้านสุขภาพช่องปากในโรงเรียนโดยการสัมภาษณ์ผู้อำนวยการและครูใช้แบบสอบถามผู้ปกครองเพื่อเก็บข้อมูลพฤติกรรมเมื่ออยู่ที่บ้านและใช้แบบทดสอบความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพช่องปากสำหรับเด็กประถมศึกษาตอนปลายเพื่อวัดระดับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพช่องปากของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4 - 6 จากนั้นนำข้อมูลทั้งหมดมาวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหาพบว่า หลังจากปิดโรงเรียนด้วยสถานการณ์โควิด-19 ทั้งเด็กไทยและต่างด้าวมีอัตราการเกิดฟันผุเพิ่มขึ้น เด็กร้อยละ 23 ไม่แปรงฟันก่อนนอนและร้อยละ 72 รับประทานขนมกรุบกรอบเป็นประจำ แต่เมื่ออยู่ในโรงเรียนเด็กทุกคนแปรงฟันหลังอาหารกลางวันสม่ำเสมอและโรงเรียนมีการจัดการเรื่องอาหารและของว่างเพื่อสุขภาพ รวมถึงมีสิ่งแวดล้อมที่ส่งเสริมสุขภาพช่องปาก นักเรียนมีระดับความรอบรู้ผ่านเกณฑ์หลังเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมในโรงเรียน ( = 21.5 ± 2.96) สรุปบทบาทของโรงเรียนได้ดังนี้ 1) ระดับบุคคล คือ การมีหลักสูตรและโครงการส่งเสริมสุขภาพช่องปาก 2) ระดับระหว่างบุคคล คือ การเน้นบทบาทของครูในการสนับสนุนพฤติกรรมเสริมสุขภาพช่องปากของเด็ก 3) ระดับองค์กรและระดับนโยบาย คือ ผู้นำและครูให้คุณค่ากับสุขภาพช่องปากและมีทัศนคติที่ดีต่อการบริหารจัดการและดำเนินการตามนโยบายโรงเรียนส่งเสริมสุขภาพ 4) ระดับชุมชน คือ การประสานงานกับองค์กรในท้องที่เพื่อจัดบริการด้านสุขภาพให้กับเด็กทุกคน และประเด็นหลักในการส่งเสริมสุขภาพช่องปากเด็กวัยเรียนในโรงเรียนที่มีทั้งเด็กไทยและต่างด้าวคือการให้โอกาสเด็กทุกคนได้มีสุขภาพช่องปากที่ดีโดยเท่าเทียมกัน
