Abstract

ความผิดปกติบริเวณทวารหนักเกิดจากโรคต่าง ๆ หลายโรค โรคที่พบบ่อยที่สุด คือ ริดสีดวงทวาร (hemorrhoid) โรคที่พบรองลงมา คือ โรคแผลขอบทวาร (anal fissure) และ ผีคัณฑสูตร (anorectal abscess and fistula) ส่วนโรคอื่นๆ ซึ่งมีอีกหลายโรค พบได้ไม่บ่อยนัก เช่น มะเร็งทวารหนัก โรคบิค โรคติดต่อทางเพศสัมพันธ์ทุกชนิด โรคผิวหนัง โรคดากโผล่ (prolapse rectum) ฯ เป็นต้น
