Abstract
The medical relationship between Thailand and England evidently started in 1887. At that time, the British living in Bangkok donated eight hundred bahts for the construction of the Victoria building at Siriraj Hospital to commemorate the fiftieth anniversary of the accession to the throne of Queen Victoria
