Surgical anatomy of the liver
Abstract
ตับเป็นอวัยวะที่นับว่ามีความสำคัญที่สุดอย่างหนึ่งในร่างกาย มีส่วนประกอบและหน้าที่ที่ค่อนข้างสลับชับช้อน โรคและการผ่าตัดเกี่ยวกับตับนั้นต้องอาศัยความรู้พื้นฐานทั้ง anatomy และ physiology เป็นอย่างมาก ความรู้ด้าน anatomy นั้นได้มีผู้ศึกษามานานแล้ว แต่ก็ได้มีการค้นคว้าเพิ่มเติมขึ้นเรื่อยๆ ซึ่งช่วยให้การผ่าตัดสามารถทำได้ดีขึ้นและลดข้อแทรกช้อนลงรวมทั้งสามารถค้นคิดวิธีการผ่าตัดใหม่ๆ ที่ช่วยแก้ปัญหาหรือรักษาโรคได้ดีขึ้น เพราะคำนึงถึง anatomy และ physiology มากขึ้น
