Surgical anatomy of the biliary system
Abstract
Biliary system เป็นระบบที่มีความสำคัญ และ ต้องการความรู้ด้านกายวิภาคอย่างดี เนื่องจาก structure บางอย่างมีขนาดเล็ก และอยู่ในตำแหน่งที่ชิดติดกัน ความผิดพลาดจากการผ่าตัดทำให้เกิดปัญหาต่อการซ่อมแซม นอกจากนั้นยังพบว่า Biliary system เป็นระบบที่มี ความแปรผันตามธรรมชาติ หรือมี normal variation มาก จึงน่าที่จะได้ให้ความสนใจในด้านกายวิภาคอย่างเต็มที่
