รูปแบบการดำเนินกิจการเพื่อสังคมของการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชน ของวิสาหกิจชุมชนท่องเที่ยวบ้านแหลมสัก ตำบลแหลมสัก อำเภออ่าวลึก จังหวัดกระบี่ (Operational Formats of Social Enterprise of Baan Laem Sak Community-based Tourism, Aow Luk, Krabi)

Abstract

             การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาวิธีการ และรูปแบบการดำเนินกิจการเพื่อสังคมของการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชน เพื่อเป็นต้นแบบ และแนวทางในการดำเนินกิจการการท่องเที่ยวที่ใช้แนวทางกิจการเพื่อสังคม (Social Enterprise) เป็นองค์ประกอบในการดำเนินกิจการ ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้รูปแบบการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก โดยผู้วิจัยได้สัมภาษณ์ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก แบบกึ่งมีโครงสร้างถึงรูปแบบการดำเนินกิจการเพื่อสังคมของการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชน และลงพื้นที่ศึกษาจากข้อมูลภาคสนาม ผลการศึกษาพบว่า วิสาหกิจชุมชนท่องเที่ยวแหลมสักมีแนวทางในการดำเนินงานที่ประสบความสำเร็จได้โดยใช้โมเดลเป็นรูปแบบในการดำเนินงาน เรียกว่าแหลมสักโมเดล ช่วยในการขับเคลื่อนให้ดำเนินกิจการด้านการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชนของวิสาหกิจชุมชนท่องเที่ยวบ้านแหลมสักให้ประสบความสำเร็จในด้านบริหารจัดการ ส่งผลให้คนชุมชนเห็นถึงความสำคัญของการดำเนินกิจการท่องเที่ยว และคนในชุมชนเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินกิจการด้วยความเต็มใจ รูปแบบของแหลมสักโมเดลยังสอดคล้องกับองค์ประกอบของการท่องเที่ยวอย่างยั่งยืนทั้งด้านสังคม เศรษฐกิจ และสิ่งแวดล้อม ที่ช่วยส่งเสริมให้เกิดความยั่งยืนอีกด้วย

              This qualitative research aims to study a social enterprise’s operational methods and formats of a community-based tourism as a prototype and a way for tourism business operation that bases on social enterprise strategies. An in-depth interview with semi-structure interviewing questions was used to interview the main informant. The interview focused on business operational formats of the community-based tourism. A field trip was also conducted to find more information for analyses. The finding revealed that community tourism enterprise of Baan Laem Sak occupied a successful operational method by using a model called  “Laem Sak Model.” The model helped successfully driving administration and management of the community-based tourism enterprise of Baan Laem Sak. This results in encouraging the local people to recognize the importance of tourism business operation. Local people also have a chance to take part in operating the business with willingness. Laem Sak Model is also correlated with the components of sustainable tourism in the aspects of society, economy, and environment that enhance sustainability.
