การพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมด้านการนำเที่ยวของลูกพระพิรุณพาเพลิน เส้นทางดอกไม้ ใบหญ้า บอกเล่าเรื่องราวมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ วิทยาเขตกำแพงแสน (Developing Training Program On Luk Phra Pi Run Pa Plearn Guide Flora Grass Blade Road Story Kasetsart Universit)

Abstract

                   การศึกษาวิจัยเรื่อง การพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมด้านการนำเที่ยวของลูกพระพิรุณพาเพลิน เส้นทางดอกไม้ ใบหญ้า บอกเล่าเรื่องราวมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ วิทยาเขตกำแพงแสน  เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยใช้วิธีการแบบมีส่วนร่วมมีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาบริบท และศักยภาพ ในการจัดการมัคคุเทศก์ โดยนิสิตสาขาการท่องเที่ยว 2) เพื่อศึกษาและพัฒนาหลักสูตรการจัดการนำเที่ยวในพื้นที่มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ วิทยาเขตกำแพงแสนโดยนิสิต กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ นิสิตสาขาการท่องเที่ยว โดยการเก็บข้อมูลจากเอกสาร การสังเกต การสัมภาษณ์ การบันทึก เนื้อหา วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงเนื้อหา ได้ผลการวิจัยจากการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลตามวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้

               ผลการวิจัย พบว่า มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ วิทยาเขตกำแพงแสน  มีศักยภาพการท่องเที่ยวเชิงนิเวศ การท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตร การท่องเที่ยวเชิงธรรมชาติ แเละการท่องเที่ยวเชิงผจญภัย สามารถจัดกิจกรรมการท่องเที่ยวให้แก่นักท่องเที่ยวได้ แหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงนิวศและเชิงธรรมชาติ ได้แก่  (1) สระพระพิรุณ (2) อุโมงค์ต้นแปลงล้างขวด (3) สวนตาลเฉลิมพระเกียรติ 70 พรรษา (4) เส้นถนนดอกปรีดี (5) เส้นถนนป่ายูคาริตัล หรือเรียกว่า เกาะนามิ กำแพงแสน (6) เส้นถนนต้นดอกชมพูพันทิพย์ หรือเรียกว่า ซากุระเมืองไทย (7) สวนผักไฮโดรโปนิกส์ (8) มหาวิทยาลัยชาวนาแห่งแรกของประเทศไทย  จึงทำให้เกิดรูปแบบเส้นทางการนำเที่ยวของนิสิตสาขาวิชาการท่องเที่ยว ในฐานะมัคคุเทศก์ในมหาวิทยาลัยอย่างเป็นทางการ

               จากการวิจัยครั้งนี้ผู้วิจัยได้กำหนดพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมด้านการนำเที่ยวของลูกพระพิรุณพาเพลิน เส้นทางดอกไม้ ใบหญ้า บอกเล่าเรื่องราวมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ วิทยาเขตกำแพงแสน  แบ่งออกเป็น 2 ระยะ ดังต่อไปนี้

                 ระยะที่ 1 รูปแบบประกอบด้วย แผนการพัฒนาการจัดการมัคคุเทศก์โดยนิสิตสาขาการท่องเที่ยวและจัดตั้งชมรมมัคคุเทศก์ สำหรับ แผนการพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการมัคคุเทศก์ ได้แก่ (1) ประชุมทบทวนรูปแบบการจัดการมัคคุเทศก์ (2) การสำรวจแหล่งท่องเที่ยวในพื้นที่ (3) ฝึกอบรมเรื่องการจัดการมัคคุเทศก์ (4) ประชุมสรุปกำหนดรูปแบบการจัดการมัคคุเทศก์ (5) ประชุมสรุปกำหนดรูปแบบการจัดการมัคคุเทศก์ท้องถิ่น (6)  จัดทำคู่มือการเป็นการนำเที่ยวของลูกพระพิรุณพาเพลิน เส้นทางดอกไม้ ใบหญ้า บอกเล่าเรื่องราวมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ วิทยาเขตกำแพงแสน และ (7) ลงฝึกปฏิบัติการเป็นมัคคุเทศก์ พื้นที่มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ วิทยาเขตกำแพงแสน 

                 ระยะที่ 2 อาจารย์และนิสิตสาขาการท่องเที่ยว ได้ร่วมกันพัฒนารูปแบบการฝึกอบรมการจัดการมัคคุเทศก์โดยนิสิตสาขาการท่องเที่ยว โดยให้เป็นกิจกรรมหนึ่งของนิสิตสาขาการท่องเที่ยวของทุกชั้นปี และทำหน้าที่คอยให้บริการแก่ผู้เข้ามาเยี่ยมชมมหาวิทยาลัย มีบทบาทหน้าที่ ได้แก่ นำทางพานักท่องเที่ยวไปเที่ยวแหล่งท่องเที่ยวในพื้นที่ และให้ความรู้แก่นักท่องเที่ยว ตามเส้นทางแหล่งท่องเที่ยวทางธรรมชาติและแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงนิเวศที่กำหนดไว้ในเส้นทางดอกไม้ ใบหญ้า บอกเล่าเรื่องราวมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ วิทยาเขตกำแพงแสน ซึ่งนักท่องเที่ยวจะได้รับความรู้และร่วมกิจกรรมเกี่ยวกับ (1) การไหว้พระพิรุณ (2) เยี่ยมชมผลิตภัณฑ์ทางด้านการเกษตรที่เกิดจากผลงานวิจัย (3) เรียนรู้กระบวนการปลูกผักไฮโดรโปนิกส์   (4) เยี่ยมชมมหาวิทยาลัยชาวนาแห่งแรกของประเทศไทย

Tourists can travel from 7am to 6pm for tour guide management of Kasetsart University. High School The Office of International Relations provides a ground-based service to the faculty that is associated with the faculty. As a result, there is no form of guided tour as a guide for university students. And take tourists to visit the area of ​​interest and new routes in any way.Based on this research, the researcher has set up a training model for the tourism of the children.                Stage 1 format consists of Development plan for tour guides. (1) Study tour guide management review. (2) Survey of tourist attractions in the area. (3) Training on tour guide management. (4) Conducting a briefing on the theme of guiding the tour guide. (5) Conducting a briefing on the management style of the local guides.                Phase 2: Faculty and students in tourism. Together, they developed a training model of tour guides management. It is one of the activities of tourism students of all grades.
