บทบาทของพระสังฆาธิการ : การขับเคลื่อน ไทยแลนด์ 4.0 (The Roles of Sangha Administrators : Operational to Thailand 4.0)

Abstract

                บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมให้พระสังฆาธิการได้เข้ามามีส่วนร่วมแสดงบทบาทในภาวะผู้นำแห่งการเปลี่ยนแปลงแนวความคิดของประชากรที่มีอายุตั้งแต่ 48 ปีขึ้นไป ที่ประกอบอาชีพทำการเกษตรแบบดั้งเดิมไปสู่การประกอบอาชีพทำการเกษตรแบบใหม่ตามกรอบวิสัยทัศน์เชิงนโยบายของรัฐบาล คือ ไทยแลนด์ 4.0 ได้นำเสนอหลักการ กระบวนการ และแนวทางการนำไปสู่การปฏิบัติในการจัดการเรียนรู้ให้ชุมชนโดยเน้นกิจกรรมแบบภัสสสัปปายะ ทั้งนี้เพราะมีความตระหนักว่า พระสังฆาธิการเป็นทรัพยากรมนุษย์ที่มีคุณภาพสูงในระดับชุมชนและสังคม มีบทบาทในการปลูกฝังคุณธรรม จริยธรรม ให้ความรู้ในการประกอบสัมมาชีพ และที่สำคัญยิ่งยังเป็นศูนย์รวมศรัทธาของสาธุชนในชุมชนอีกด้วย หากรัฐบาลหรือหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเลือกใช้พระสังฆาธิการให้ช่วยในการขับเคลื่อนรูปลักษณ์ประเทศไทย 4.0 อาจเป็นการลงทุนน้อยได้ผลตอบแทนมาก

                This article aims to encourage the Sangha Administrators to take part in the leadership changing Concept of 48-year-old population Traditional farming practices into a new farming career. To the government's vision is Thailand 4.0., Presentation of process principles and guidelines for implementation of community learning managementwith highlights the suitable speech. Because there is awareness of  theSangha Administrators is a high quality human resource at the community and society level. And he have role in cultivating the moral and ethical knowledge in the operation of the public. And most importantly, it also serves as a center of community devotion. If the government or related agencies choose the Sangha Administrators to drive.The model Thailand 4.0 It may be a low return investment.
