การจัดการท่องเที่ยวเชิงสร้างสรรค์อย่างยั่งยืนในเขตมรดกโลกพระนครศรีอยุธยา : พันธกิจที่ต้องทบทวน (Sustainable creative tourism in World Heritage Site of Phra Nakorn Sri Ayutthaya: Revisited the Mission?)

Abstract

               บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางในการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวเชิงสร้างสรรค์อย่างยั่งยืนในเขตมรดกโลก พระนครศรีอยุธยา เนื่องจากอุตสาหกรรมการท่องเที่ยวได้รับการยอมรับว่าเป็นอุตสาหกรรมที่มีศักยภาพและบทบาทสำคัญต่อการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและสังคมต่อชุมชนและประเทศ หลายๆประเทศจึงให้การสนับสนุนอุตสาหกรรมการท่องเที่ยว แต่อย่างไรก็ดีเมื่อมีจำนวนนักท่องเที่ยวที่มากขึ้นอาจก่อให้เกิดผลกระทบด้านอื่นๆตามมาได้ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นทางด้านเศรษฐกิจ สิ่งแวดล้อม สังคมและวัฒนธรรมในพื้นที่แหล่งท่องเที่ยวนั้นๆ จึงมีความจำเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่นอกจากประชาชน หน่วยงานภาครัฐและเอกชนทั้งในระดับท้องถิ่นและระดับประเทศที่เกี่ยวข้องจะกลับมาทบทวนแนวทางในการจัดการท่องเที่ยว เพื่อช่วยกันดูแลรักษาคุณค่าที่โดดเด่นในฐานะมรดก โลกให้คงอยู่ต่อไป และยังสามารถรักษาสมดุลทางด้านเศรษฐกิจ วัฒนธรรมและสังคมในเมืองมรดกโลก จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยาไว้ได้อย่างยั่งยืน

               This article aims to provide a guideline for developing sustainable creative tourism in the World Heritage Site of Phranakorn Sri Ayutthaya. As tourism industry has been recognized as a potential industry and a key player in economic and social development for the community and the country, therefore many countries provide support to the tourism industry. However, with the increasing number of tourists, it might increase other undesirable impacts in the area, whether it is economic, environmental, social and cultural impacts. It is necessary that the people, public and private sector both at local and national level to revisit the mission for sustainable creative tourism development to help preserve the continuous outstanding values ​​of the world heritage. It also can balance the economy, culture and society in World Heritage Site of Phranakhon Sri Ayutthaya.
