การศึกษาสภาพการฝึกปฏิบัติในชุดวิชา“การปฏิบัติการสอนในสถานศึกษา 2 (Internship II)” นักศึกษาคณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพิบูลสงคราม (Conditions found during student Internship II in Faculty of education, Pibulsongkram Rajabhat University)

Abstract

              การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพการฝึกปฏิบัติในชุดวิชา “การปฏิบัติการสอนในสถานศึกษา 2 (Internship II)” นักศึกษาคณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพิบูลสงคราม 2) เปรียบเทียบสภาพการฝึกปฏิบัติในชุดวิชา “การปฏิบัติการสอนในสถานศึกษา 2 (Internship II)” ของนักศึกษาคณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพิบูลสงคราม จำแนกตามสาขาวิชา ขนาดโรงเรียน และสังกัดสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 5 คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพิบูลสงคราม จำนวน 196 คน ที่กำลังฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครูในชุดวิชา “การปฏิบัติการสอนในสถานศึกษา 2 (Internship II)” ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2558 คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพิบูลสงคราม ซึ่งได้มาด้วยวิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือการวิจัยคือแบบสอบถาม ซึ่งข้อคำถามมีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง (IOC) อยู่ระหว่าง 0.67 ถึง 1.00 และมีค่าความเที่ยง เท่ากับ 0.97 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติการทดสอบค่าเอฟ (F-test)

               ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพการปฏิบัติในการดำเนินงานการฝึกปฏิบัติในชุดวิชา “การปฏิบัติการสอนในสถานศึกษา 2 (Internship II)” นักศึกษาคณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพิบูลสงครามในภาพรวม นักศึกษามีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า มีการปฏิบัติงานทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก และด้านที่มีการปฏิบัติ 2 อันดับแรก อันดับสูงสุดมี 2 ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากัน คือ ด้านที่ 1 ด้านการวิเคราะห์หลักสูตร และด้านที่ 2 ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียน รองลงมาคือ ด้านที่ 3 ด้านปฏิบัติการสอน และด้านที่มีการปฏิบัติต่ำสุดคือ ด้านที่ 5 การวิจัยในชั้นเรียน  2) ผลการเปรียบเทียบสภาพการปฏิบัติในการดำเนินงานการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู ในชุดวิชา “การปฏิบัติการสอนในสถานศึกษา 2 (Internship II)” จำแนกตามสาขาวิชา ขนาดโรงเรียน และสังกัดสถานศึกษา พบว่า นักศึกษาสาขาวิชาต่างกัน อยู่โรงเรียนที่มีขนาดต่างกัน และสังกัดที่ต่างกันมีระดับการปฏิบัติในการดำเนินงานการฝึกประสบการณ์วิชาชีพครู ในชุดวิชา “การปฏิบัติการสอนในสถานศึกษา 2 (Internship II)” ทั้งรายด้าน และภาพรวมแตกต่างกัน อย่างไม่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ

              The purpose of this research were to 1) study of the state of a teaching in a school 2 (an Internship II), the faculty of Education, Pibulsongkram Rajabhat University. 2) comparison of the results of the teaching professional internship by pre-service teacher students’ major, the sizes of the schools, the types of the schools. The samples of this study were 196 fifth-year Pibulsongkram Rajabhat University in the faculty of Education taking a teaching internship II in the year 2015. The random method used was called Stratified Random Sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The quality of the questionnaires was in accordance with the standard on the validity (0.67-1.00) and the reliability ( = 0.97). The statistics used for data analysis were mean ( ), standard deviation (SD) as well as F-test for test hypothesis

               The research results found that: 1. The result of the level of the practice of the teaching professional internship II revealed that on the whole, the students showed a high level of the practice. When considering in a side, it showed that all the sides of the practice were at a high level, and the top 2 highest sides and both sides same practice were the curriculum analysis and the student improving activity arrangement and second side was the teaching practice. And the lowest practice side was the classroom action research. 2. The results of the comparison of the practice of the teaching professional internship II revealed that the student’s major, sizes of the schools, the types of the schools and the education show on the whole no difference in all the aspects in the level of the practice of the procedures of the teaching professional internship with the statistical significance
