สังคมก้มหน้า กับสติ-สัมปชัญญะ (Solving Social Consciousness)

Abstract

              สังคมก้มหน้ากำลังระบาดไปทั่วโลก สังเกตเห็นได้ชัดเลยว่าคนสมัยนี้ไม่ว่าจะขึ้นรถนั่งกินอาหาร เดินตามท้องถนน หรือแม้แต่คุยกับเพื่อนที่นั่งอยู่ข้างกันแท้ ๆ ก็ยังคุยผ่านหน้าจอสี่เหลี่ยม ซึ่งพฤติกรรมเช่นนี้ ทำให้หลาย ๆคนมีปัญหาสุขภาพจิตตามมาอย่างคาดไม่ถึง จึงมีผลกระทบตามมาในเรื่องต่าง ๆเช่น สุขภาพกาย-จิต  ผลกระทบด้านสังคม ไม่ค่อยรู้เรื่องภายนอก  ไม่คุยกับคนรอบข้าง ซึมเศร้าอยู่แต่ในโลกความฝันของตัวเอง แต่ละคนเอาแต่ก้มหน้า อยู่หน้าจอ จนเรียกกันติดปากว่าเป็น สังคมก้มหน้า ไม่มีใครสนใจใคร เอาแต่ก้มหน้าอยู่ที่หน้าจอ  แท้ที่จริงสังคมก้มหน้า ทำให้คนได้ใกล้ชิดกันมากขึ้นเพื่อนบางคนไม่พบกันมานาน ก็มีโอกาสได้พบกันทาง ออนไลน์ ในไลน์บ้าง หรือในสังคมออนไลน์รูปแบบอื่น ๆ

               สังคมออนไลน์ยังเปิดโอกาสให้ท่านได้ทำกุศลออนไลน์  เกื้อกูลกันทางธรรม เคยได้ยินว่า การให้ธรรมะ ชนะการให้ทั้งปวง  ในทุกศาสนาสอนเหมือนกัน เพียงทุก ๆ คน ต้องมีสติ-สัมปชัญญะหรือตัวทั่วพร้อมอยู่เสมอในการกระทำ หากผิดพลาดก็เพียงน้อยนิดเพราะเราทุกคนมีสติในการใช้เครื่องสื่อสารนั่นเอง

            Smartphones, have also penetrated every aspect of daily life. The average people over right now is buried in one for over two hours, every day. Most people pick mobile devices over TV sets, PCs and games consoles.  Again, most people right now using the Smartphone-owners check messages, news or other services all the times not event of getting up.

            The bedroom is just the beginning. Smartphones are more than a Convenient route online, rather as cars are more than engines on wheels and clocks are not merely a means to count the hours.  Much as the car and the clock did in their time, so today the smartphone is poised to enrich lives, reshape entire industries and transform societies and in ways that Snap chatting teenagers cannot begin to imagine.  But phones travel around with you, they know where you are, what websites you visit, whom you talk to, even how do they’ve kept up their noble silence event siting together, no chatting, looking at their screen, reading or playing game, think to see and do. It is called “The society is pervading in this world”
