ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินธุรกิจของผู้ประกอบการร้านอาหาร จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ (Factors Affecting the Business Performance of Restaurant Entrepreneurs in SamutPrakan Province)

Abstract

              การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินธุรกิจของผู้ประกอบการร้านอาหารในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ 2) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินธุรกิจของผู้ประกอบการร้านอาหารในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ 3) เพื่อสร้างสมการพยากรณ์ระหว่างปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินธุรกิจของผู้ประกอบการร้านอาหารในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจร้านอาหาร จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ จำนวนทั้งหมด 240 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล เป็นแบบสอบถามประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน

               ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1. ประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินธุรกิจของผู้ประกอบการร้านอาหารในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาในรายละเอียดจะพบว่า ระดับประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินธุรกิจของผู้ประกอบการร้านอาหารในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ มุมมองด้านลูกค้า รองลงมาคือ มุมมองด้านการเงิน มุมมองด้านกระบวนการภายใน และ มุมมองด้านการเรียนรู้และเติบโต ตามลำดับ


2. ปัจจัยด้านการมุ่งเน้นความเป็นผู้ประกอบการ มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงเส้นตรงกับประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินธุรกิจของผู้ประกอบการร้านอาหารในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ร้อยละ 87.2  (R²= 0.872) เมื่อพิจารณารายตัวแปรพบว่า มีตัวแปร 3 ตัว ที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินธุรกิจของผู้ประกอบการร้านอาหารในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ได้แก่ ความสามารถในการทำงานเชิงรุก ความกล้าเสี่ยง และ ความเป็นตัวของตัวเอง ตามลำดับ

1. ปัจจัยด้านการมุ่งเน้นการตลาด มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงเส้นตรงกับประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินธุรกิจของผู้ประกอบการร้านอาหารในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ร้อยละ 85 (R²= 0.850) เมื่อพิจารณารายตัวแปรพบว่า มีตัวแปร 2 ตัว ที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินธุรกิจของผู้ประกอบการร้านอาหารในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ได้แก่ การมุ่งเน้นลูกค้า และการประสานงานภายในองค์กร ตามลำดับ

            The purpose of this research was to study 1) To study the level of business entrepreneurs efficiency restaurants in SamutPrakan. 2) To study the relationship between the factors affecting the business operation of restaurant entrepreneurs in SamutPrakan province. 3) To generate the predictive equation among the factors affecting the efficiency of the business operation of the restaurant entrepreneurs in SamutPrakan. The research sample was a restaurant entrepreneurs. Samples of data were collected from 240 samples. The five-level questionnaire was used to analyze data, including frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis.

               The research found that

1. Business Performance of restaurant entrepreneurs in SamutPrakan, the overall level is high. When considering in detail will find that performance of business operation of restaurant entrepreneurs in SamutPrakan province. The highest average is, the Customer Perspective followed by the Financial Perspective, the Internal Process Perspective, and the Learning and Growth Perspective, respectively.


2. Factors for entrepreneurial orientation, there is a linear relationship with the business performance of restaurant operators in SamutPrakarn province, 87.2 percent (R² = 0.872). When considering each variable, it is found that there are 3 variables that affect the efficiency of business operations of the restaurant operations in SamutPrakan province include Proactiveness, Risk taking and Autonomy, respectively.


3. Factors for marketing orientation, there is a linear relationship with the business performance of restaurant operators in SamutPrakan Province, 85 percent (R² = 0.850). When considering each variable, it is found that there are 2 variables that affect the efficiency of business operations of the restaurant operations in SamutPrakan province include , respectively.
