การพัฒนาชุดการเรียนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการอ่านสำหรับนักเรียนบกพร่องทางการเรียนรู้ โรงเรียนจุฬาภรณ์พิชญาคาร จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช (The Development of Electronic Learning Packages to Improve Reading Skill for Students with Learning Disabilities in Chalapornpicthayakarn Schoolin Nakhon Sri Thammarat Province)

Abstract

               การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) พัฒนาชุดการเรียนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการอ่านสำหรับนักเรียนบกพร่องทางการเรียนรู้ ให้มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด (2) ศึกษาความก้าวหน้าด้านทักษะการอ่านของนักเรียนบกพร่องทางการเรียนรู้ ที่เรียนด้วยการชุดการเรียนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการอ่าน และ (3) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยชุดการเรียนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการอ่าน              

               กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ นักเรียนที่มีความบกพร่องทางการเรียนรู้  โรงเรียนจุฬาภรณ์พิชญาคาร จำนวน 39 คน โดยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบกลุ่ม โดยใช้ห้องเรียนเป็นหน่วยสุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย (1) ชุดการเรียนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการอ่านสำหรับนักเรียนบกพร่องทางการเรียนรู้ โรงเรียนจุฬาภรณ์พิชญาคาร (2) แบบทดสอบก่อนเรียนและแบบทดสอบหลังเรียน และ (3) แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของนักเรียนที่มีต่อชุดการเรียนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ สำหรับนักเรียนบกพร่องทางการเรียนรู้ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าประสิทธิภาพ E₁/E₂  ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที

               ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ชุดการเรียนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการอ่านสำหรับนักเรียนบกพร่องทางการเรียนรู้  มีประสิทธิภาพ  72.89/74.60 เป็นไปตามเกณฑ์ 75/75  (2) นักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยชุดการเรียนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการอ่านสำหรับนักเรียนบกพร่องทางการเรียนรู้ มีความก้าวหน้าทางการเรียนเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ  (3) นักเรียนมีความคิดเห็นต่อชุดการเรียนอิเล็กทรอนิกส์เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการอ่านสำหรับนักเรียนบกพร่องทางการเรียนรู้ว่ามีคุณภาพในระดับมาก

               The purposes of this research were (1) to development of Electronic Learning Packages to Improve Reading Skill for Students with Learning Disabilities in Chalapornpicthayakarn School in Nakhon Sri Thammarat Province on the pre-determined efficiency criterion; (2) to study the learning progress of Learning Disabilities students learning from the Electronic Learning Packages to Improve Reading Skill for Students with Learning Disabilities; and (3) to study the opinions of the students who learned from the Electronic Learning Packages to Improve Reading Skill for Students with Learning Disabilities.

               The research sample consisted of 39 Students with Learning is abilities in Chalaporn picthayakarn School, obtained by cluster sampling by stratified random sampling. Research instruments comprised (1) an electronic Learning Packages to Improve Reading Skill for Students with Learning Disabilities; (2) two parallel forms of an achievement test for pre-testing and post-testing; and (3) a questionnaire on student’s opinions toward the electronic Learning Packages to Improve Reading Skill.  Statistics employed for data analysis were the E1/E2 efficiency index, mean, standard deviation, and t-test. 

               Research findings showed that (1) the development of Electronic Learning Packages to Improve Reading Skill for Students with Learning Disabilities was efficient at 72.89/74.60; thus meeting the set efficiency criterion of 75/75; (2) the students learning from electronic Learning Packages to Improve Reading Skill for Students with Learning Disabilities achieved learning progress significantly at the .05 level; and (3) the students had opinions that the electronic Learning Packages to Improve Reading Skill was appropriate at the highest level.
