การประกาศเขตพิสูจน์ฝ่ายป้องกันภัยทางอากาศเหนือทะเลจีนตะวันออกของจีนกลายเป็นประเด็นโต้เถียงเนื่องจากความสำคัญทางการเมืองและยุทธศาสตร์ของอาณาบริเวณทางภูมิศาสตร์ต่อระเบียบภูมิภาค อย่างไรก็ตามแนวคิดที่จำเป็นสำหรับทำความเข้าใจเขตข้างต้น คือ การเมืองของการบินระหว่างประเทศและเขตพิสูจน์ฝ่ายป้องกันภัยทางอากาศ ยังแทบไม่มีปรากฏในภาษาไทย บทความนี้มีจุดประสงค์เพื่ออธิบายแนวคิดที่จำเป็นดังกล่าวแล้วจึงประยุกต์เพื่อวิเคราะห์เป้าหมายของจีนและนัยทางยุทธศาสตร์ของเขตพิสูจน์ฝ่ายป้องกันภัยทางอากาศทะเลจีนตะวันออกจากมุมมองระดับภูมิภาคและระดับโลก บทความสรุปว่าการประกาศเขตดังกล่าวเป็นยุทธวิธีของจีนตามแนวทางยุทธศาสตร์หลักและเป้าหมายของนโยบายต่างประเทศ

Abstract

China’s establishment of an air defense identification zone (ADIZ) over the East China Sea has been a controversial subject of debate because of the political and strategic importance of this geographic area to the regional order. However, the necessary concepts for examining the East China Sea ADIZ – politics of international aviation and ADIZ – are significantly scarce in Thai. This article aims to clarify these underlying geopolitical concepts and apply them to examine China’s motives and the strategic implications of the East China Sea ADIZ from a regional or global perspective. Finally, it concludes that the establishment of the East China Sea ADIZ is a tactic of Beijing to fulfill China’s grand strategy and, more specifically, the objectives of its foreign policy.
