วิวัฒนาการการออกแบบส่วนประสานผู้ใช้งานของยุคสหภาพโซเวียตที่ส่งผลต่อสังคมดิจิทัลในรัสเซียปัจจุบัน (The Evolution Of User Interface Of The Soviet Era That Affects The Current Digital Society In Russia.)

Abstract

              ในศตวรรษที่ 21 นี้ โลกกำลังอยู่ในยุคที่เรียกว่ายุคแห่งเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล เป็นยุคที่นวัตกรรมต่างๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นล้วนมีความเชื่อมต่อเชื่อมโยงกับเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลทั้งหมดอย่างไร้รอยต่อ มนุษย์ทุกคนทุกช่วงวัยต่างได้รับอิทธิพลจากกระแสเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลแตกต่างกันไปตามพื้นที่อยู่อาศัยและท้องถิ่นที่เอื้อต่อการเข้าถึงเทคโนโลยี หลายประเทศทั่วโลกโดยเฉพาะประเทศมหาอำนาจทางเทคโนโลยีอย่างสหรัฐอเมริกา ประชาชนในประเทศต่างเข้าสู่สังคมความเป็นดิจิทัลกันอย่างถ้วนหน้า ด้วยการเกิดของวัฒนธรรมในซิลิคอนแวลลีย์ (Silicon Valley) ที่มีบริษัทเทคโนโลยีซึ่งมีนวัตกรรมเปลี่ยนโลก อย่างบริษัทแอปเปิ้ล (Apple Inc.) หรือเฟชบุ๊ก (Facebook) เป็นต้น รวมถึงประเทศอื่นๆ ที่เป็นประเทศผู้ผลิตประดิษฐ์คิดค้นเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลป้อนสู่ตลาดโลกอย่างประเทศ จีน ญี่ปุ่น เกาหลีใต้ เป็นต้น และประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกาเองก็เป็นผู้นำในด้านการคิดศาสตร์การศึกษาด้านดิจิทัลในหลายด้าน รวมไปถึงการออกแบบที่ส่งผลต่อเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเป็นอย่างมาก ได้แก่ศาสตร์ในการออกแบบส่วนประสานผู้ใช้งาน (User Interface) และการออกแบบประสบการณ์ผู้ใช้งาน (User Experience)

               ประเทศสหพันธรัฐรัสเซียเคยเป็นประเทศคู่แข่งกับสหรัฐอเมริกาในระดับขั้วตรงข้ามในสงครามเย็น ภายใต้ชื่อสหภาพโซเวียตอันยิ่งใหญ่ ซึ่งมีความเชี่ยวชาญในการสรรค์สร้างเทคโนโลยีนวัตกรรมไม่แพ้สหรัฐอเมริกา ในช่วงสงครามเย็นนั้นสหภาพโซเวียตแข่งขันกับสหรัฐอเมริกาในด้านการสำรวจอวกาศ และประสบความสำเร็จในการส่งมนุษย์ขึ้นไปบนอวกาศเป็นครั้งแรกของโลก แสดงศักยภาพในด้านเทคโนโลยีขั้นสูงที่ล้ำหน้าอย่างเห็นได้ชัด แต่หลังจากการสิ้นสุดของสงครามเย็นพร้อมกับการล่มสลายของสหภาพโซเวียต เมื่อเปลี่ยนผ่านมาสู่ยุคของสหพันธรัฐรัสเซียในปัจจุบัน ประเทศรัสเซียกลับไม่ได้มีชื่อเสียงระดับโลกในด้านเทคโนโลยีเทียบเท่าประเทศคู่แข่งอย่างสหรัฐอเมริกา หรือแม้กระทั่งประเทศต่างๆ ในทวีปเอเชียที่ก้าวขึ้นมาเป็นผู้นำในด้านเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล อย่างไรก็ตามผู้เขียนบทความได้ค้นคว้าเบื้องต้นผ่านสื่อออนไลน์ทั่วโลก ได้พบว่าแท้จริงแล้วประเทศรัสเซียนั้นมีการพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลอยู่ภายในประเทศของตนเอง ด้วยความรู้ความสามารถของคนรุ่นใหม่ พร้อมทั้งมีรัฐบาลที่ให้การสนับสนุนการพัฒนาในด้านนี้อย่างเต็มที่ด้วย

               ในโอกาสที่ผู้เขียนบทความได้เดินทางไปศึกษาดูงานที่ประเทศสหพันธรัฐรัสเซีย ผู้เขียนมุ่งเน้นความสนใจไปที่เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลที่รัสเซียในปัจจุบันได้รับอิทธิพลจากรัสเซียในอดีตทั้งก่อนและหลังยุคสหภาพโซเวียต รวมถึงศึกษาในเรื่องความเป็นไปของสังคมดิจิทัลในประเทศรัสเซียที่มีผลต่อประชาชนในช่วงวัยต่างๆ วิเคราะห์อัตลักษณ์การออกแบบส่วนประสานผู้ใช้งาน (User Interface) และประสบการณ์ผู้ใช้งาน (User Experience) โดยมีสมมติฐานว่าอิทธิพลของงานออกแบบรัสเซียตั้งแต่ยุคก่อนสหภาพโซเวียต และในยุคสหภาพโซเวียตยังคงส่งผลถึงรูปแบบในการออกแบบส่วนประสานผู้ใช้งานในงานดิจิทัลต่างๆ ในรัสเซียปัจจุบัน ผ่านการสังเกตชีวิตประจำวันของประชากรในกรุงมอสโกและเมืองเซนต์ปีเตอร์สเบิร์ก และการใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลร่วมในสถานที่สำคัญต่างๆ

               In the 21^st century, the world is in an era called the era of digital technology. It is the era in which various innovations have a seamless connection with all digital technology. Every human being at every age is influenced by digital technology differently according to their residential and local areas that facilitate access to technology. In many countries around the world especially the technological superpower like the United States, the people in those countries have entered the digital society one and all. With the emergence of the culture in Silicon Valley and the technology companies of which innovations changing the world like Apple Inc. and Facebook, including other manufacturing countries that invented digital technology for the world market such as China, Japan and South Korea, the United States itself is also a leader in many fields of digital education including designs that greatly affect digital technology such as user interface and user experience.

               The Russian Federation used to be a rival country with the United States at the antipode level in the Cold War. Under the name of the great Soviet Union, it had expertise in creating technology and innovation equivalent to the United States. During the Cold War, the Soviet Union competed with the United States in space exploration, and it succeeded in sending humans into space for the first time in the world. That clearly showed its potential in advanced technology. But after the end of the Cold War along with the collapse of the Soviet Union and the transition to the era of the Russian Federation today, Russia does not have a world-class reputation in technology equivalent to its rival country like the United States, or even countries In Asia that become leaders in digital technology. However, I have researched through online media around the world and found that, in fact, Russia has developed its digital technology within its own country with the knowledge of its new generation, and it has a government that fully supports this development.

               On the occasion of traveling to the Russian Federation, I focused my attention on digital technology in Russia today, which is influenced by Russia in the past before and after the Soviet era. I studied the possibilities of digital society in Russia that affect people in various ages, and I also analyzed identity of user interface and user experience. My hypothesis is that the influence of Russian design from the pre-Soviet era and in the Soviet Union period still results in user interface in various digital works in Russia today through my daily observations of the population in Moscow and St. Petersburg and using digital technology in various important locations.
