ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในเขตพัฒนาพิเศษเฉพาะกิจจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ (Leadership of Administrators That Affects Effectiveness of Primary Schools under The Office of The Basic Education Commission in The Special Administration Zone in The South) -

Abstract

                การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในเขตพัฒนาพิเศษเฉพาะกิจจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างบุคลากรครูที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงเรียน  582 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ภาวะผู้นำด้านการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจมีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนในทุก ๆ ด้าน แต่ภาวะผู้นำด้านการสร้างบารมีไม่มีอิทธิพลต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนในทุก ๆ ด้าน 2) ภาวะผู้นำด้านการกระตุ้นการใช้ปัญญามีอิทธิพลทางบวกต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนด้านความสามารถในการเปลี่ยนแปลงและพัฒนาโรงเรียน และด้านความสามารถในการแก้ปัญหาภายในโรงเรียน แต่ภาวะผู้นำด้านการกระตุ้นการใช้ปัญญามีอิทธิพลทางลบต่อประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนด้านความสามารถในการผลิตนักเรียนให้มีเจตคติทางบวก

                The objective of this research was to study the influence of school administrators’ leadership on the effectiveness of primary schools under the office of the Basic Education Commission in the special administration zone in southern Thailand. A set of questionnaires were used to collect data from a sample group of 582 teachers in the schools. Then data were analyzed using Multiple Regression Analysis. The results revealed that 1) Inspirational leadership influenced the effectiveness of schools in all aspects, but leadership in creating  charisma does not influenced school effectiveness in all areas. 2) Intellectually stimulating leadership had positive influence on school effectiveness in the ability to change and develop schools and the ability to solve problems within the school, but had negative influence on the effectiveness of the school in the ability to produce students with a positive attitude
