การศึกษาสภาพการพัฒนาหลักสูตรออนไลน์ระบบเปิดแบบ MOOC ของมหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร (The Study of the development of online-open courses on MOOC (Massive Online Open Courses) of Naresuan University)

Abstract

              การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีจุดประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการพัฒนาหลักสูตรออนไลน์ระบบเปิดแบบ MOOC ของมหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร ซึ่งเป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ โดยการใช้แบบสอบถาม แบบเฉพาะกลุ่ม (focus group) โดยประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา เป็นอาจารย์ผู้ผลิตรายวิชาออนไลน์แบบ MOOC ของมหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร ในโครงการพัฒนามหาวิทยาลัยไซเบอร์ไทยเพื่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนในระบบเปิด (Thai-MOOC) จำนวน 13 คน เก็บข้อมูลในระหว่างวันที่ 30 พฤษศจิกายน 2561 ถึง 31 ธันวาคม 2561 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม การศึกษากระบวนการพัฒนาหลักสูตรออนไลน์ระบบเปิดแบบ MOOC ของมหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร จำนวน 1 ฉบับ สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

               ผลการวิจัย

               1) ด้านประสบการณ์ในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรออนไลน์ พบว่า อาจารย์ผู้ผลิตรายวิชาออนไลน์แบบ MOOC ของมหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร เป็นผู้ที่มีประสบการณ์ในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรออนไลน์มาก่อนจัดทำเนื้อหาหลักสูตรออนไลน์ระบบเปิดแบบ MOOC มีจำนวน 11 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 84.61 ซึ่งเนื้อหาที่นำมาใช้สำหรับการออกแบบการเรียนการสอน ในหลักสูตรออนไลน์ระบบเปิดแบบ MOOC เป็นเนื้อหาที่ออกแบบการเรียนการสอนตามหลักสูตรและวิชา มีจำนวน 6 หลักสูตร คิดเป็นร้อยละ 46.15 และเนื้อหาที่ออกแบบการเรียนการสอนตามความเชี่ยวชาญเฉพาะด้าน มีจำนวน 7 หลักสูตร คิดเป็นร้อยละ 53.85

               2) ด้านกระบวนการพัฒนาหลักสูตรออนไลน์ระบบเปิดแบบ MOOC พบว่า การจัดอบรมให้ความรู้ ด้านการพัฒนาความรู้ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน ความรู้ด้านการพัฒนาสื่อการสอน ในหลักสูตรออนไลน์ระบบเปิดแบบ MOOC สำหรับผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องในการผลิตรายวิชา ช่วยให้ผู้ฝึกอบรมมีความรู้ มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับ “ปานกลาง” (  = 3.35 และ S.D. = 0.90) และความสามารถในการจัดการด้านการผลิตเนื้อหาออนไลน์แบบ MOOC มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับ “ปานกลาง” (  = 3.38 และ S.D. = 0.68) จากการศึกษาวิจัย พบว่า มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร มีทีมสนับสนุนในด้านเทคนิคมีประสบการณ์และมีความเชี่ยวชาญ ซึ่งทำให้มีการออกแบบการเรียนการสอนแบบ MOOC ประสบความสำเร็จ โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับ “มาก” (  = 4.08 และ S.D. = 0.86)

              The research aimed to study the environment of development for the opened-online course at Naresuan University. The research is survey method by questionnaire on focus group during November 30, 2018 – December 31, 2018. The participant is the instructor who creates an opened-online course by MOOC(Massive Open Online Course) from Naresuan University in the development project of opened-online course for cyber university of Thailand developing course, that includes 13 people. The instruments used in this study was a questionnaire for the development process study in the opened-online course at Naresuan University. The data were analyzed such statistics as the percentage, arithmetic mean and standard deviation.

 The result of the study on

               1) The experience of production online course from the instructor at Naresuan University were showed that instructors had the experience to produce online course before made content on the opened-online course were 11 people, representing 84.61 percentage. the content used in the opened-online course had 6 courses, representing 46.15 percentage and the content designed for instructional based on specific expertise is 7 courses, representing 53.85 percent.

               2) development process in opened-online course by MOOC, such as knowledge training on 2.1) Instructional-knowledge development and 2.2) medium for instructional development for participants in production process showed that can helping the trainers to had knowledge at the "moderate" level (  = 3.35 and S.D. = 0.90) and the ability to manage online production content. MOOC has the currency at "moderate" (   = 3.38 and S.D. = 0.68). Both results were shown on the "moderate" level because Naresuan University had support-senior team to consult trainers in the production process, accordingly instructional on opened-online course be successes at the "high" level ( = 4.08 and S.D. = 0.86)
