รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชน (Model of Educational Management for Developing Quality of Private Higher Education Institutes)

Abstract

              การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพสถาบัน อุดมศึกษาเอกชน โดยมีวิธีดำเนินการวิจัย 3 ขั้นตอนดังนี้ 1) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบและแนวทางการบริหารจัดการศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชนโดยการสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 9 คน และตรวจสอบความเที่ยงตรงของแบบสัมภาษณ์โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 5 คน ได้ค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง 0.80 - 1.00 และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา 2) สร้างรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชน โดยนำข้อมูลจากขั้นตอนที่ 1 มายกร่างรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชน และตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบฯ โดยการสนทนากลุ่มผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 9 คน และ 3) ประเมินความเป็นไปได้และความเป็นประโยชน์ของรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชนโดยการสัมมนาอิงผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 9 คน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการหาค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

            ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชนประกอบด้วย 6 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ องค์ประกอบที่ 1 หลักการ มีจำนวน 4 ประการ องค์ประกอบที่ 2 จุดมุ่งหมาย จำนวน 4 ประการ องค์ประกอบที่ 3 กลไกในการดำเนินการ จำนวน 5 ด้าน องค์ประกอบที่ 4 แนวทางการบริหารจัดการ จำนวน 12 ด้าน องค์ประกอบที่ 5 การประเมินผล จำนวน 4 ด้าน และองค์ ประกอบที่ 6 เงื่อนไขความสำเร็จ จำนวน 4 ประการ 2) ผลการสร้างรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชน โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิมีความเห็นสอดคล้องกันว่ามีความเหมาะสม และ 3) ผลการประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชน โดยผู้บริหารสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเอกชนมีความเห็นสอดคล้องกันว่ามีความเป็นไปได้และมีความเป็นประโยชน์อยู่ในระดับมาก

                  This research aimed to construct the model of educational management for developing quality of private higher education institutes. The research procedures were done into three phases: 1)to study the approach and model of educational management for developing quality of private higher education institutes by Interviewing 9 specialists and to examine the semi construction interviewing question validity by 5 experts. Its index item-objective congruence (IOC) value was 0.80 - 1.00 and to analyze data by using content analysis 2) to construct a model of educational management for developing quality of private higher education institutes by using the data getting from the first step for drafting the model of educational management for developing quality of private higher education institutes and checking its appropriateness of model by group discussing with 9 educational experts 3) to evaluate the possibility and usefulness of the model by connoisseurship discussion with 9 experts. Statistics used in data analysis were means and standard deviation.

               The research findings were found that : 1) The model of educational management for developing quality of private higher education institutes consisted of 6 components. They were 4 principles, 4 purposes, 5 operation mechanisms, 12 management guidelines, 4 evaluations and 4 success conditions. 2) The result of construction of the model of educational management for developing quality of private higher education institutes was proper according to the experts. 3) The result of evaluation of the model of educational management for developing quality of private higher education institutes by private higher education institute executives in light of feasibility and utility was high level.
