ความคาดหวังของสถานศึกษาที่มีต่อมิวเซียมดนตรีอุษาคเนย์/

IN SEARCH OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS EXPECTENCY TOWARD: SOUTHEAST ASIA MUSIC MUSEUM

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อทราบความคาดหวังของสถานศึกษาที่มีต่อมิวเซียมดนตรีอุษาคเนย์ 2) เพื่อทราบความสัมพันธ์ของความคาดหวังของสถานศึกษาที่มีต่อมิวเซียมดนตรีอุษาคเนย์ 3) เพื่อทราบแนวทางในการบริหารจัดการมิวเซียมดนตรีอุษาคเนย์ให้เป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้ที่เหมาะสมกับสังคมไทย กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วย 3 กลุ่มได้แก่ กลุ่มที่ 1 กลุ่มตัวอย่างและผู้ให้ข้อมูลจำแนกตามท้องที่ กลุ่มที่ 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างและผู้ให้ข้อมูลของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาซึ่งตั้งอยู่ในรัศมี 30 กิโลเมตรของมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล กลุ่มที่ 3 กลุ่มผู้บริหารระดับสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่  และผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้รวมผู้ให้ข้อมูลทั้งสิ้น จำนวน 415  คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเป็นแบบวิเคราะห์เอกสาร แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง และแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับความคาดหวังของสถานศึกษาที่มีต่อมิวเซียมดนตรีอุษาคเนย์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบแบบสำรวจ และการวิเคราะห์เส้นทาง

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. ความคาดหวังของสถานศึกษาที่มีต่อมิวเซียมดนตรีอุษาคเนย์ ประกอบด้วย 1) บทบาททางการศึกษา 2) การจัดแสดงนิทรรศการ 3) บทบาททางสังคม 4) แนวทางการบริหารจัดการ 5) บุคลากรและผู้เชี่ยวชาญภายในพิพิธภัณฑ์ 6) บทบาทในฐานะเป็นแหล่งการเรียนรู้ 7) การอำนวยความสะดวก และ 8) การจัดการความรู้

2. ความสัมพันธ์ของความคาดหวังของสถานศึกษาที่มีต่อมิวเซียมดนตรีอุษาคเนย์จากการวิเคราะห์เส้นทาง (Path Analysis) พบว่าความคาดหวังทั้ง 8 มีความสัมพันธ์กัน โดยมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์

3. แนวทางในการบริหารจัดการมิวเซียมดนตรีอุษาคเนย์ให้เป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้ที่เหมาะสมกับสังคมไทยประกอบด้วย 8 ความคาดหวัง ซึ่งมีความเหมาะสม ถูกต้อง เป็นไปได้ และสามารถนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ได้สอดคล้องกับ กรอบแนวคิดทฤษฏีของการวิจัย

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to determine 1) the Educational Institution Expectancy Toward Southeast Asia Music Museum 2) the correlation of the Educational Institution Expectancy Toward Southeast Asia Music Museum 3) the direction of administration for Southeast Asia Music Museum to be suitable for Thai society.    The sample for this study was totally 415 people who were 1) the sample and information contributors divided by area 2) the sample and information suppliers of secondary schools 30 kilometers located around Mahidol university and 3) district bureau administrative team and secondary educational service area administrators. The research instruments used for data collection were a content analysis, a semi-instructured interview, and a questionnaire of the educational institution expectation toward the Southeast Asia Music Museum. The statistics used for data analysis were content analysis, frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, factor analysis, and path analysis.

The research findings revealed that:

1.   The Educational Institution Expectancy Toward Southeast Asia Music Museum consisted of  1) educational role  2) exhibition performance  3) social role  4) administrative direction  5) staffs and specialists in the museum 6) role as a learning resource center  7) facilitation and services  and  8) knowledge management.

2.   The correlation of the educational institution expectation toward the Southeast Asia music museum, it was found that those mentioned 8 expectations were correlated with each other and related to the empirical data.

3.   The research realized that there were 8 expectations, there were appropriate, accurate, possible, and applicable expectations to be used as the administrative direction for the Southeast Asia Music Museum.
