การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบคุณลักษณะของภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรม (Factor analysis of behavior of ethical leadership)

Abstract

              การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบคุณลักษณะของภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรม ดำเนินการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี ด้วยวิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพและการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ สำหรับวิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพเป็นการศึกษาเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง และการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 7 คน ด้วยวิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกโดยใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา และประเมินความเหมาะสม ถูกต้อง เป็นไปได้ และสามารถนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ จากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 5 คน สำหรับวิธีการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ สถานศึกษาของรัฐจำนวน 378 แห่ง ผู้ให้ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา และครู จำนวน 748  คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ แบบสอบถามเป็นแบบวัดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเที่ยง เท่ากับ 0.94 จำนวน 76 ข้อ ใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจ สกัดองค์ประกอบด้วยวิธีองค์ประกอบหลักและหมุนแกนองค์ประกอบแบบมุมฉากด้วย วิธีแวร์ริแมกซ์

               ผลการวิจัยพบว่า องค์ประกอบของคุณลักษณะของภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรม  มี 6 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) ธรรมาภิบาล 2) ใฝ่บริการและมีความรับผิดชอบ  3) บุคคลแห่งการเรียนรู้และความเป็นพลเมืองดี 4) การสร้างความร่วมมือในชุมชน 5) การเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจ และ 6) ความซื่อสัตย์และยุติธรรม โดยมีค่าน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบมาตรฐานอยู่ระหว่าง 0.49-0.94 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ทุกองค์ประกอบสามารถร่วมกันอธิบายคุณลักษณะของภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรม ได้ร้อยละ  89.619 ซึ่งมีความเหมาะสม ถูกต้อง เป็นไปได้ และสามารถนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ในการกำหนดคุณลักษณะของภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรมได้

                The purpose of this research was to study the factor of behavior of ethical leadership. This mixed research was comprised the qualitative and quantitative method. The qualitative research included literature review, the in-depth interview with 7 key informants by purposive sampling. The research instrument was in-depth interviews form; and assess appropriate, accurate, feasible and useful for factors of behavior of ethical leadership. The data was analyzed by content analysis. The quantitative research included research sample were 378 schools under the jurisdiction of Primary Educational Service Area Office. The respondents for collecting data were school administrators and teachers totaling 748 respondents derived by multistage random sampling. The research instrument was the 5–point rating scale which the reliability was at 0.94 totaling 76 items. The data was analyzed by exploratory factor analysis with using principal components analysis and orthogonal rotation by varimax.

               The research results indicated that there were 6 factors the factor of ethical leadership consisted of 1) Good Governance; 2) Service mind and Responsibility; 3) Learner Person and Citizenship; 4) Community Participation 5) Empowerment; and 6) Integrity and Fairness.  Standardize factor loading between 0.49 - 0.94. All elements are statistically significant at .01 level. This proves that the models can explain factor of behavior of ethical leadership at the percentage of 89.619 which was appropriate, accurate, feasible and useful for factors of behavior of ethical leadership.
