มุกตลกการเมือง: เนื้อหาและกลวิธีการสร้างอารมณ์ขันในหนังตะลุงเมืองเพชร (Political Joke Of Content And Tactics How To Create Emotional Humour In Shadow Puppets Of Petchaburi Province)

Abstract

                 บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาเนื้อหาหรือประเด็นทางการเมืองที่นำมาสร้างอารมณ์ขันมุกตลกและกลวิธีสร้างอารมณ์ขันมุกตลกการเมืองในหนังตะลุงเมืองเพชร ผลการศึกษาเนื้อหาหรือประเด็นที่ นำมาสร้างอารมณ์ขันมุกตลกการเมืองนั้น พบว่า มีความหลากหลายสามารถแบ่งเป็น 4 ประเด็น คือ  คำพูดนายกรัฐมนตรี  ชื่อ-นามสกุลนายกรัฐมนตรี  พฤติกรรมนักการเมือง  กฎหมายและนโยบาย ส่วนกลวิธีการสร้างอารมณ์ขันมุกตลกการเมืองนั้น แบ่งออกเป็น 2 ด้าน คือกลวิธีด้านเนื้อหาและกลวิธีด้านภาษา กลวิธีด้านเนื้อหาประกอบด้วย การเสียดสี การล้อคำพูดนักการเมือง การประชดประชัน ความเจ้าเล่ห์เพทุบาย การหักมุม การอ้างถึง การข่มทับ และการผูกเรื่องที่ไม่เกี่ยวกันโดยตรงเข้าด้วยกัน ส่วนกลวิธีด้านภาษาในการสร้างอารมณ์ขันนั้นประกอบด้วย  การใช้อุปลักษณ์และการเล่นความหมาย กลวิธีเหล่านี้ส่งผลให้เกิดความไม่เข้ากันอันนำไปสู่การเกิดอารมณ์ขันมุกตลกการเมืองในหนังตะลุ เมืองเพชร   

                 This objectives of this research were to 1) study political joke of content and strategies how to create emotional humour in shadow puppets of Petchaburi province. The results of this research were devided into 4 issues as following: 1) Prime Minister wording quote 2) Name and surename of Prime Minister 3) Behavioral performance of politicians  and 4) Law and Policy   And the tactics how to create emotional joke in politic, The results of this research were devided into 2 kinds as following: 1) content  strategy: these strategies were satire, parody of politicians’ wording quote, cunning, twisted ending, reference, relate incoherence story to be unity 2) language strategy: these strategies were metaphor, juggle with words. They can start misunderstanding atmosphere which led into creation emotional humour in shadow puppets of Petchaburi province.
