เทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมกับการจัดการเรียนการสอนในยุคดิจิทัล (Technology and Innovation for Instructional in Digital Ages.)

Abstract

               การเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็วของโลกในยุคสมัยปัจจุบัน ตลอดจนการเปลี่ยนแปลงสิ่งแวดล้อมที่เกิดความผันผวนอย่างรวดเร็วและรุนแรง โดยมีเทคโนโลยีเป็นตัวกลางชีวิตความเป็นอยู่ของคนกับดิจิทัล ประเทศไทยในปัจจุบันก้าวเข้าสู่เศรษฐกิจดิจิทัล (Digital Economy) ที่นำเอาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศหรืออินเทอร์เน็ตเข้ามาแก้ปัญหาและช่วยอำนวยกิจกรรมทางเศรษฐกิจในทุกภาคส่วน ส่งผลโดยตรงกับวิถีชีวิตกับคนในสังคมยุคสมัยใหม่ที่จำเป็นต้องปรับตัวไปพร้อมกับเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล โดยมีเทคโนโลยีเป็นฐานความรู้คอยอำนวยความสะดวกและปัจจัยสำคัญในการดำเนินชีวิตในสิ่งแวดล้อมดิจิทัล

               เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลส่งผลให้คนในสังคมต้องปรับตัวเข้าสิ่งแวดล้อมดิจิทัล ซึ่งสะท้อนถึงวิธีการเรียนในปัจจุบัน ที่มีอิทธิพลจากเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล การเรียนการสอนได้สร้างรอยต่อจากห้องเรียนสู่การเรียนรู้ในบริบทจริงผ่านช่องทางสื่อสารผ่านเครือข่ายคอมพิวเตอร์และโลกออนไลน์ และเป็นตัวผลักดันที่สำคัญในการสร้างแรงจูงใจที่สำคัญในการเรียนรู้ ในมุมมองภาคการศึกษา เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลก่อให้เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงพฤติกรรมการเรียนของผู้เรียนเป็นอย่างมากโดยตรง สามารถเป็นเครื่องมือในการขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตสำหรับคนทุกเพศทุกวัย ทุกอาชีพ แต่ถึงแม้ว่าเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลจะเปลี่ยนรูปแบบวิธีการในการเรียนรู้ ทำให้งานที่ยุ่งยากง่ายขี้น และปรับกระบวนการเรียนรู้ก่อให้เกิดประโยชน์ต่อนักเรียน แต่ก็ยังจะไม่สามารถแทนที่ครูได้ในอนาคตอันใกล้นี้ ดังนั้นการศึกษาถึงการเปลี่ยนแปลงในลักษณะต่าง ๆ ทั้งในด้านลักษณะของผู้เรียนที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไปอันเป็นผลมาจากเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล รวมไปถึงเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลส่งผลต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนในยุคสมัยปัจจุบันและในอนาคตนั้นจึงมีความจำเป็นอย่างยิ่ง เพื่อให้ได้ทราบถึงแนวทางในการปรับเปลี่ยนวิธีการ รูปแบบในการเรียนการสอน และรวมไปถึงการปรับตัวของครูผู้สอนให้เหมาะสมตามรูปแบบการเรียนรู้ของผู้เรียนและทำความเข้าใจนวัตกรรมใหม่ๆ ตัวผู้สอนเองจำเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่จะต้องตระหนักถึงการสอนคุณธรรมจริยธรรม และสร้างเสริมทักษะให้ผู้เรียนมีทักษะชีวิตที่จะสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการดำรงชีวิตเอาตัวรอดอยู่ในยุคดิจิทัลนั่นเอง

Whereas Thailand digital age is currently stepping into the digital economy that uses information technology and the internet to solve problems and help economic activities in all sectors. Directly affecting the way of life with people in modern society that need to adapt to digital technology by technology as a knowledge base to facilitate and important factors in living in a digital environment.

               Effective of Digital technology with people in society having to adapt to the digital environment. Which reflects current learning methods that were influenced by digital technology. Teaching and learning have created the boundaries from the classroom to learn in the real context through communication channels, computer networks, and the online world. That is an important driving force in creating important motivation for learning. In the education sector view, Digital technology has caused a lot of changes in the learning behavior of learners. It’s can be tools for expanding educational opportunities, promote lifelong learning for people of all ages and all the professions. Even though digital technology changes the way of learning, makes the job easy and adjust the learning process to benefit students. But digital technology still cannot replace teachers soon. Therefore, the study of changes in various aspects results of digital technology toward effective on characteristics of learners, teaching method and instructional model that have changed in modern times and in the future, it is very necessary. In order to be aware of the ways to change the method Teaching styles, include the adaptation of teachers to be appropriate according to the learner's learning style and to understand new innovations. The teacher himself is necessary to be aware of moral and ethical teaching. And create skills for learners to have life skills that can be applied to life, survive in the digital age itself.
