ความท้าทายของครูคณิตศาสตร์ในการเรียนการสอนตามแนวทางสอนสะเต็มศึกษา (Challenges of Mathematics Teacher in STEM Instruction)

Abstract

                 บทความนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อนำเสนอการเรียนการสอนของครูคณิตศาสตร์ตามแนวทางสะเต็มศึกษา มุ่งเน้นให้ผู้เรียนสามารถบูรณาการความรู้เข้ากับชีวิตจริง ด้วยทักษะการคิด ทักษะการแก้ปัญหา และการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้จนนำไปสู่การสร้างสรรค์ คณิตศาสตร์เป็นวิชาหนึ่งที่อธิบายเกี่ยวกับรูปแบบความสัมพันธ์เชิงปริมาณ จำนวน ปริภูมิ และสัญลักษณ์ต่างๆรวมไปถึงตรรกศาสตร์กับการใช้เหตุผล ผู้สอนมีบทบาทจัดบรรยากาศให้เอื้ออำนวยต่อการเรียนและออกแบบกิจกรรมที่ท้าทายสิ่งเดิมที่มีอยู่และทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้แนะแนวทาง ผู้อำนวยความสะดวก เพื่อส่งเสริมต่อการเรียนรู้ให้กับผู้เรียนผ่านการเรียนรู้ด้วยการปฏิบัติจริง

                 The article aims to present teaching and learning through STEM education. Focusing on allowing learners to integrate knowledge into real life with thinking skill, problem solving skill and collaboration to create creativity. Mathematics is one that describes patterns, relationships among quantities, numbers, spaces and symbols, including claims are justified through logical argument. Teacher contributes to the setting of an environment that is conducive to learning and designing challenge activities from the development of prototypes. Teachers act as guide/coach, facilitator, and helper by using learning by doing.
