การศึกษาการตอบสนองของชุมชนต่อการใช้จิตรกรรมฝาผนังเพื่ออนุรักษ์และพัฒนาศิลปวัฒนธรรมกรณีศึกษา: ชุมชนรอบโรงไฟฟ้า แม่เมาะ (The Collaborate created Mural Painting from The History of MeaMoh in MaeMoh District, Lampang Province with EGAT MaeMoh.)

Abstract

              การวาดภาพจิตรกรรมฝาผนังทางประวัติศาสตร์แม่เมาะ ณ ตำบลแม่เมาะ อำเภอแม่เมาะ จังหวัดลำปาง ซึ่ง นางสาวสิริรัญญา ณ เชียงใหม่ เป็นหัวหน้าโครงการได้รับทุนวิจัยจาก การไฟฟ้าฝ่ายผลิตแห่งประเทศไทย แม่เมาะ ในโครงการวิจัยชื่อเรื่อง “การศึกษาการตอบสนองของชุมชนต่อการใช้จิตรกรรมฝาผนังเพื่ออนุรักษ์และพัฒนาศิลปวัฒนธรรม – กรณีศึกษาชุมชนรอบโรงไฟฟ้า แม่เมาะ” โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาศิลปวัฒนธรรม ประเพณีท้องถิ่นของชุมชน 2) เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการตอบสนองของชุมชนที่มีต่องานศิลปะที่ใช้เป็นเครื่องมือในการอนุรักษ์ศิลปวัฒนธรรม ประเพณีท้องถิ่น 3) ถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้ด้านศิลปะด้วยกระบวนการและการมีส่วนร่วมกับชุมชน 4) เพื่อเผยแพร่ผลงานจิตรกรรมฝาผนังและการทำกิจกรรมศิลปะของชุมชนรอบพื้นที่ กฟผ.แม่เมาะ ให้สาธารณะชนได้ทราบถึงการสนับสนุนของ กฟผ.แม่เมาะ และผลของแบบสอบถามในการศึกษาโครงการวิจัยฯสามารถสรุปผลได้ว่าภาพวาดจิตรกรรมฝาผนังประวัติศาสตร์แม่เมาะสามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงพฤติกรรมของชุมชนด้วยการทำงานแบบมีส่วนร่วมทางด้านศิลปะส่งผลให้เกิดความรู้สึกในเชิงบวกมากขึ้น อีกทั้งชุมชนยังได้แสดงเจตนารมณ์อย่างชัดเจนเพื่อสานต่อความรู้ที่ได้รับเพื่อนำไปพัฒนาชุมชนของตนเองต่อไปในอนาคต

               ในส่วนของการวาดภาพจิตรกรรมฝาผนังในตำบลแม่เมาะ อำเภอแม่เมาะ จังหวัดลำปาง นั้น ทุกๆขั้นตอน ชุมชนจะมีส่วนร่วมโดยตลอดตั้งแต่การทำประชาพิจารณ์ การทำภาพร่างไปจนถึงกระบวนการทำกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้เพื่อสรุปผลการทำงาน ซึ่งการทำกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้จะมุ่งเน้นที่การส่งเสริมทักษะทางศิลปะและส่งเสริมความรู้ทางด้านประวัติศาสตร์ของแม่เมาะควบคู่ไปพร้อมกัน โดยใช้วิธีการการมีส่วนร่วมแบบสองกระบวนการคือ กระบวนการแรกเป็นการสอนขณะกำลังวาดภาพจิตรกรรมฝาผนังและกระบวนการที่สองเป็นการสอนหลังวาดภาพจิตรกรรมฝาผนัง ผลของกระบวนการที่เกิดขึ้นทำให้เยาวชนในชุมชนและผู้คนในชุมชนได้รับความรู้ทั้งในด้านทักษะทางศิลปะ และความรู้ทางด้านประวัติศาสตร์แม่เมาะ โดยมีผลงานศิลปะที่สร้างสรรค์ขึ้นจากการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ ในอีกทางหนึ่งได้มีการจัดทำหนังสือแจกฟรีเพื่อเผยแพร่ข้อมูลทางด้านประวัติศาสตร์แม่เมาะ ผลตอบรับจากชุมชนหลังจากจบงานวิจัยที่น่าสนใจมากที่สุดคือ การได้รับความไว้วางใจให้วาดภาพจิตรกรรมฝาผนังเพิ่มเติมในศาลาประชาคมเมาะหลวง หมู่8 ตำบลแม่เมาะ อำเภอแม่เมาะ จังหวัดลำปาง ทำให้เห็นถึงการแสดงเจตนารมณ์ของชุมชนอย่างชัดเจนที่ต้องการจะสืบสานการอนุรักษ์ศิลปวัฒนธรรมชุมชนผ่านการวาดภาพจิตรกรรมฝาผนังเพื่อให้ชนรุ่นหลังได้สืบทอดต่อไป

               สิ่งสำคัญที่สุดของการวาดภาพจิตรกรรมฝาผนังประวัติศาสตร์แม่เมาะนั้นไม่ใช่ข้อมูลทางประวัติศาสตร์กับภาพวาดจิตรกรรมฝาผนังเพียงอย่างเดียวแต่เป็นการค้นหาและการสร้างวิธีการกระบวนการการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนเพื่อนำไปสู่การร่วมมือกันอนุรักษ์ศิลปวัฒนธรรมดั้งเดิมของชุมชนไปสู่รุ่นลูกและรุ่นหลานให้ตระหนักถึงความสำคัญในคุณค่าของศิลปวัฒนธรรมที่ดีงามมีเอกลักษณ์เฉพาะของชุมชน หากไร้ซึ่งผู้สืบทอดในประวัติศาสตร์ใดๆนั้น ก็จะสูญสิ้นไปอย่างแน่นอน เมื่อประวัติศาสตร์บ่งบอกความเป็นอารยธรรมของมนุษย์ ศิลปะก็เป็นสัญลักษณ์ของการแสดงตนให้เห็นถึงภูมิปัญญาที่โดดเด่นเฉพาะตัวของมนุษย์ด้วยเช่นเดียวกันการมองเห็นคุณค่าต่อสิ่งที่ควรได้รับการดูแลและรักษาให้คงอยู่คือประวัติศาสตร์ดั้งเดิมของมนุษย์ให้คงอยู่สืบไปอย่างยาวนาน

                The history of Mae Moh mural painting in the Mae Moh sub district, Mae Moh district, Lampang Province to get a scholarship from EGAT. Mae Moh (Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand). The project name “The study of the community responses to use mural painting for the conservation and development of the traditional art and culture a case study the community around EGAT Mae Moh.” This study is conducted with 4 objectives 1) To study art and culture of local traditions. 2) To study the behavioral response of the community to using art through preserving art and culture. 3) To convey body art of knowledge through the process and collaboration with the community. 4) To disseminate mural painting and art activities of the community around EGAT Mae Moh to let the public know the support came from EGAT Mae Moh. Moreover, the result of a research questionnaire found that it can change the behavior of the community by art collaboration to affect the more positive feeling, and also the community expressing to keep on developing the body art of knowledge in the future.

               In the part of mural painting in the Mae Moh sub district, Mae Moh district, Lampang Province that every processed with the community has been thoroughly participated to take public hearing, to apply sketch drawing, and doing all of art activities processed to summarize all of the work. The activity learning focused on to give support both of the artistic skill and allowed the history of Mae Moh learning together by using the methodology of collaboration with the community which are two processes, the first process is teaching while painted on the mural and the second process is taught after finishing mural painting. The result of the process makes youth of the community to get art skill, knowledge and learning the history of Mea Moh by creating the work of art from the art activity process learning. On the other hand, there has been published the book history of Mea Moh to give freely to the community. The most interesting consequence of research has always been a reliable from the community to take more the new job mural painting in the community hall of section 8 Moh Loung Mae Moh sub district, Mae Moh district, Lampang Province. Thus, it clearly expresses of the community that they want to continue preserving the art and culture of the community through mural painting to young generation inheritance.

               The most important things about the history of Mae Moh Mural Painting that not only the information about the history and mural painting, but also to explore and create the methodology participation in the community, lead to collaborative preservation traditional art and culture of the community to inherit young generation would be realize the importance value of the art and culture that the uniqueness of the community. If it is without inheritor in any history will certainly be extinct forever. As the history indicates of human civilization, the art also an individual symbol striking intellectual of a human as well. To see the value of something must be maintained and preserved is the traditional history of humanity to remain for a long time.
