Satisfaction and loyalty of student: Perspective on Higher Education

Abstract
This research aims to study student satisfaction and student loyalty index for higher education and propose framework in order to enhance in competitiveness and effectiveness in the higher education. The methodology of this research is consisting of literature reviewing and empirical studying, which are conducted in the quantitative manner. The questionnaire is a tool for empirical data. The collected data was analyzed by using Exploratory Factor Analysis and Structure Equation Model. The research findings several factor that affect to student satisfaction and loyalty, such as image of the university, perceived quality and perceived value. The two important factors that impact student satisfaction and loyalty: perceived value and image of the university.
