การพัฒนาชุดฝึกอบรมทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ผ่านเครือข่ายสำหรับครู เรื่อง การผลิตบทเรียนผ่านเฟซบุ๊ก เพื่อเป็นแหล่งความรู้เสริมสำหรับนักเรียนประถมศึกษาในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน (The Development of an Electronic Training Package via Network for Teachers on the Topic of Production of Instructional Modules Using Facebook as Supplementary Resources for Primary Students in Schools under the Office of the Basic Education Commission)

Abstract

              การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) สำรวจความต้องการเนื้อหาสำหรับการพัฒนาชุดฝึกอบรมทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ผ่านเครือข่ายสำหรับครู (2) พัฒนาชุดฝึกอบรมทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ผ่านเครือข่ายสำหรับครู เรื่อง การผลิตบทเรียนผ่านเฟซบุ๊ก (3) ศึกษาผลสัมฤทธิ์ของครูที่ฝึกอบรมด้วยชุดฝึกอบรมทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ผ่านเครือข่าย เรื่อง การผลิตบทเรียนผ่านเฟซบุ๊ก (4) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของครูที่มีต่อชุดฝึกอบรมทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ผ่านเครือข่าย เรื่อง การผลิตบทเรียนผ่านเฟซบุ๊ก และ (5) ศึกษาผลการใช้บทเรียนผ่านเฟซบุ๊กที่ครูผลิตขึ้นเพื่อเป็นแหล่งความรู้เสริมสำหรับนักเรียนประถมศึกษา

               การวิจัยนี้ใช้ระเบียบวิธีการวิจัยแบบการวิจัยและพัฒนา แบ่งออกเป็น 4 ระยะ ได้แก่ ระยะที่ 1 การสำรวจความต้องการเนื้อหาสำหรับการพัฒนาชุดฝึกอบรมทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ผ่านเครือข่ายสำหรับครู กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ได้แก่ ครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจังหวัดนครปฐมในเขต 1 ที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในปีการศึกษา 2558 จำนวน 300 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามความต้องการเนื้อหาประกอบชุดฝึกอบรมทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ผ่านเครือข่ายสำหรับครู เรื่อง การผลิตบทเรียนผ่านเฟซบุ๊ก เพื่อเป็นแหล่งความรู้เสริมสำหรับนักเรียนประถมศึกษาฯ สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ระยะที่ 2 การพัฒนาชุดฝึกอบรมทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ผ่านเครือข่ายสำหรับครู เรื่อง การผลิตบทเรียนผ่านเฟซบุ๊ก ประชากรที่ใช้ได้แก่ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเทคโนโลยีและสื่อสารการศึกษา ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเนื้อหา และผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการวัดและประเมินผลการศึกษา จำนวน 6 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ได้แก่ แบบประเมินคุณภาพสำหรับชุดฝึกอบรมทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ผ่านเครือข่ายสำหรับครู เรื่อง การผลิตบทเรียนผ่านเฟซบุ๊ก เพื่อเป็นแหล่งความรู้เสริมสำหรับนักเรียนประถมศึกษา สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ระยะที่ 3 การศึกษาผลสัมฤทธิ์และความพึงพอใจของครูที่ฝึกอบรมด้วยชุดฝึกอบรมทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ผ่านเครือข่าย เรื่อง การผลิตบทเรียนผ่านเฟซบุ๊ก กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ได้แก่ ครูสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจังหวัดนครปฐม เขต 1 ที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในปีการศึกษา 2560 จำนวน 30 คน โดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ (1) แบบทดสอบก่อนฝึกอบรม และแบบทดสอบหลังฝึกอบรมแบบคู่ขนาน และ (2) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของครูที่มีต่อชุดฝึกอบรมทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ผ่านเครือข่าย สถิติที่ใช้ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที และระยะที่ 4 การศึกษาผลการใช้บทเรียนผ่านเฟซบุ๊กที่ครูผลิตขึ้นเพื่อเป็นแหล่งความรู้เสริมสำหรับนักเรียนประถมศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ได้แก่  ครูต้นแบบ จำนวน 1 คน และนักเรียน ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 จำนวน 30 คน โดยวิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อบทเรียนผ่านเฟซบุ๊ก เพื่อเป็นแหล่งความรู้เสริม สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

               ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1. ครูมีความต้องการเนื้อหาประกอบชุดฝึกอบรมทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ผ่านเครือข่ายสำหรับครู โดยภาพรวมในระดับมากที่สุด โดยมีความต้องการเนื้อหาด้านความรู้ทั่วไปในการใช้งานเฟซบุ๊ก มีความต้องการเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับการสร้างแหล่งเรียนรู้สำหรับกลุ่มผู้เรียนในชั้นเรียน และด้านการใช้งานเฟซบุ๊กเพื่อการเรียนการสอน / เพื่อเป็นแหล่งความรู้เสริมเกี่ยวกับการสร้างวิดีโอถ่ายทอดสด


2. ผลการพัฒนาชุดฝึกอบรมทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ผ่านเครือข่ายสำหรับครู โดยผลการพิจารณาจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญกลุ่มแรกประเมินคุณภาพอยู่ในระดับดี กลุ่มที่ 2 ผู้เชี่ยวชาญตรวจสอบและรับรองว่ามีความเหมาะสม มีประโยชน์ และนำไปใช้ได้


3. ครูที่ฝึกอบรมด้วยชุดฝึกอบรมทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ผ่านเครือข่ายสำหรับครู มีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนสูงขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ทั้ง 2 หน่วย


4. ครูมีความพึงพอใจโดยภาพรวมในระดับมากที่สุด โดยด้านวิทยากร และด้านประโยชน์ในระดับมากที่สุด ส่วนด้านเนื้อหาสาระ และด้านชุดฝึกอบรมทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ผ่านเครือข่ายสำหรับครูอยู่ในระดับมาก


5. นักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้บทเรียนผ่านเฟซบุ๊กเพื่อเป็นแหล่งความรู้เสริม โดยภาพรวมในระดับมากที่สุด

         The objectives of this research were (1) to survey the needs for contents in order to develop an electronic training package via network for teachers; (2) to develop an electronic training package via network for teachers on the topic of Production of Instructional Modules Using Facebook; (3) to study learning achievement of the teachers who were trained with the electronic training package via network on the topic of Production of Instructional Modules Using Facebook; (4) to study the teachers’ satisfaction with the electronic training package via network on the topic of Production of Instructional Modules Using Facebook; and (5) to study the try-out results of instructional modules created by a teacher using Facebook as supplementary resources for primary students.

               This research used research and development methodology. The research process comprised four phases.  Phase 1 was a survey on the needs for contents in order to develop an electronic training package via network for teachers. The research sample for the survey consisted of 300 teachers in schools under Nakhon Pathom Primary Education Service Area Office 1, obtained by multi-stage sampling. The employed research instrument was a questionnaire on the needs for contents of an electronic training package via network for teachers on the topic of Production of Instructional Modules Using Facebook as supplementary resources for primary students.  Statistics for data analysis were the mean and standard deviation. Phase 2 was the development of an electronic training package via network for teachers on the topic of Production of Instructional Modules Using Facebook.  The employed research population of six experts comprised experts on educational technology and communications, experts on contents, and experts on educational measurement and evaluation. The employed research instrument was a quality evaluation form for the electronic training package via network for teachers on the topic of Production of Instructional Modules Using Facebook as supplementary resources for primary students.  Data were analyzed using the percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis.  Phase 3 was a study of the learning achievement and satisfaction with the electronic training package via network on the topic of Production of Instructional Modules Using Facebook of teachers who were trained with the electronic training package.  The research sample consisted of 30 randomly selected teachers in schools under Nakhon Pathom Primary Education Service Area Office 1 during the 2017 academic year.  The employed research instruments were (1) two parallel forms of an achievement test for pre-testing and post-testing, and (2) a questionnaire on teacher’s satisfaction with the electronic training package via network.  Statistics for data analysis were the percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test.  Phase 4 was a study of try-out results of instructional modules created by a teacher using Facebook as supplementary resources for primary students.  The research sample consisted of a prototype model teacher and 30 Prathom Suksa VI students, all of which were purposively selected.  The employed research instrument was a questionnaire on student’s satisfaction with instructional modules created by a teacher using Facebook as supplementary resources.  Statistics for data analysis were the mean and standard deviation.

        Research results were as follows:

1. The teachers had the overall needs for contents of an electronic training package via network for teachers at the highest level, with specific need for content on general knowledge on using Facebook, specific need for content on creating learning resources for learners in the classroom, and specific need for the content on using Facebook for instruction/being supplementary resources for creating of live video programs.


2. Regarding results of development and quality evaluation of the electronic training package via network for teachers, the first group of experts evaluated that quality of the developed electronic training package via network was at the high level, and the second group of experts certified that the developed package was appropriate, useful, and feasible for implementation.


3. The post-training learning achievement scores of the teachers who were trained with the two instructional modules of the electronic training package via network increased significantly over their pre-training counterpart scores at the .05 level in both of the two learning units.


4. The teachers’ overall satisfaction with the training was at the highest level, with their specific satisfactions with the resource persons and the benefits of training being at the highest level; while their specific satisfactions with contents of the electronic training package and the training package itself being at the high level.


5. The overall satisfaction of the students with using the instructional modules via Facebook as supplementary resources was at the highest level.
