vocational education model of local government organization

Abstract

The purposes of this research were : 1. to determine the vocational education model of local government, and 2. to confirm the vocational education model of local government.  This research was a documentary research by studying, analyzing, synthesizing from documents, and confirming vocational education model by 9 experts, selecting from The Vocational Education Commission Office, The Department of Local Administration, Local Government (Municipal Group and Pattaya City).  The statistics were employed by frequencies, percentage, mode, Chi-Square and content analysis.

The results were as follows:

1. The vocational education model of local government, there were 10 types: the vocational education model of local government in Singapore, the vocational education model of local government in Japan, the vocational education model of local government in Korea, the vocational education model of local government in China, the vocational education model of local government in Australia. the vocational education model of local government in England, the vocational education model of local government in America, the vocational education model of local government in Germany, the vocational education model of local government in Israel and the vocational education model of local government in Thai.

2. The suitable model of the vocational education model of local government, the experts’ confirm, was the vocational education model of local government in Japan, the vocational education model of local government in Israel, and the vocational education model of local government in Germany, respectively.  On the different comparison of 10 models for vocational education of the local government was found that the tenth model was different significantly at the level .05, by the department of local administration groups was differently opinion higher than the vocational education commission office and local government groups.
